Chase ends with two arrests, damaged squad cars

Ivan Guerrero Rivero, who officials say has been deported twice already, apparently did not want to be caught again.
Police say the 29-year-old led law enforcement officers on a two-hour chase in Whitfield County shortly after 4 a.m. Thursday in a stolen truck and attempted to ram patrol cars, seriously damaging one. They say Guerrero also sped through a railroad crossing at Hawthorne Street while its barriers were down and the lights were flashing.
At the railroad crossing, sheriff’s Deputy Josh Davis’ belt was caught in the mirror of the truck after he got out of his patrol car to try to stop it, causing him to flip “head over heelsâ€Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
