Illegal Immigrant Misses Court, Warrant Issued
(WFRV) GREEN BAY A warrant has been issued for an illeagal immigrant who missed a court appearance in Brown County Friday afternoon.

25-year-old Paulo Sheispan-Landero is facing a felony charge for allegedly sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl in Allouez.

He made an initial court appearance Tuesday, where bond was set at $5,000 cash. Sheispan-Landero posted bond and was released.

He failed to appear in court Friday.

Brown County officials say they followed procedure when setting bond.

"The fact is, there are thousands of illegal aliens in Wisconsin," Brown Co. District Attorney John Zakowski said. "Probably over 1,000 in Brown County, and some of those people get charged with crimes. I would think it's safe to say that 95% or more of those cases make their court appearances, even if they're only signature bonds, let alone cash bonds."

Officials say charges wil also be filed against Sheispan-Landero for bail jumping.

Who does this clown think he is kidding! I would be willing to bet that their list of outstanding FTA (failure to appear) bench warrants would indicate that just the opposite is true.

I just heard on the radio that this guy called his girlfriend from Montrey Mexico, so he's not even in the country!

a judge did not set the bail. someone appointed to the courts set the bail and the judge didnt know about it

Yeah, after he rapes a couple 10 year old Mexican girls. Unfortunately there are potential future victims on both sides of the border. A man that has raped once, will more than likely rape again should the opportunity present itself. Moreover, this scum has already shown that age makes no difference, which means no child is safe from this predator. All child rapist deserve to meet the same fate as our Saddam H.!
