The Catholic leadership in the state of Kansas joined two of the state’s Methodist and Lutheran leaders to issue a joint statement on immigration and immigration reform.
The bishops of three Catholic dioceses in Kansas, the diocesan administrator of Salina, along with a Methodist and Lutheran bishop, held a press conference, Wednesday, Nov. 9, at the State Capital to issue the statement, “A Reflection on Illegal Immigration from Catholic and Protestant Bishops in Kansas.â€
