Grand jury indicts man for illegal re-entry

Man indicted for re-entering the U.S.
WICHITA -- Eduardo Garcua-Gutierrez, a citizen of Mexico, has been indicted by a federal grand jury for illegally re-entering the United States.
He was indicted Tuesday by a federal grand jury meeting in Wichita.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, Garcua-Gutierrez had previously been convicted of an aggravated felony and was deported. He was found March 15 in Sherman County.
If convicted, Garcua-Gutierrez faces up to 20 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
