This is about 2hrs. old. It is teason that I.C.E. did not pick her up.
She is now guilty of other crimes against the U.S. by leaving the Chicago ?church?. L.A I.C.E. was not notify by Chicago that she was
on the move. She will now be able to obtain another ID and get lost in the population. Our government is committing teason.

Elvira Arellano, the illegal Mexican immigrant who avoided deportation for a year by taking refuge in a Humboldt Park church, spoke from a different sanctuary today, this time a Los Angeles church blocks from where an immigration march was taking place.

Arellano, who arrived in Los Angeles today, had planned to address demonstrators at the afternoon march but changed her mind. To avoid the possibility of being arrested and to avoid facing detractors, she said, she chose to speak instead from Our Lady Queen of Angels Church.

Arellano's 8-year-old son, Saul, who is a U.S. citizen, traveled to the West Coast separately. He and Emma Lozano, one of Arellano's closest advisers, joined her in Los Angeles and both addressed a small but loud crowd of about 500 in front of City Hall.

Arellano said she chose to come to California because it's where influential politicians, such as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, reside. Arellano said she wants to create a groundswell of activity concerning the immigration reform issue and ask people to put pressure on government leaders.

Arellano slipped out of Adalberto United Methodist Church on the Northwest Side on Thursday night, a day after announcing she would travel to Washington for a prayer vigil and fast on the National Mall.

Arellano's trip to Los Angeles marks the first time in a year she has ventured outside the Humboldt Park church, her friends and supporters say.

Arellano said she felt compelled to leave her sanctuary church in Chicago because she had become frustrated "with my arms crossed" while families like hers were affected by raids and immigration crackdowns.

"We can't just stay there quiet while seeing how all of this is affecting our families," she said in an interview with the Tribune. "We cannot wait until after the elections," to again pick up immigration reform.

She said she plans to visit other churches in the Los Angeles area in the next few days.

She went to Los Angeles by car as she cannot legally board a U.S. Airliner without a valid I.D.

She can also not enter a Federal Building without a legal I.D.

    Go Figure.

They do not ask for ID when you enter buildings that house offices of members of Congress and the Senate

I love her excuse for staying - because her son has ADHD, sigh.

Are they even capable of speaking the truth? This is sad….. pathological. Unless the policy has recently changed, they do not require ID for admission to your typical federal building. Of course they require ID for all employees, but the last I checked, Elvira doesn’t fall into that category.

Post 9/11, agencies such as the Library of Congress require all packages to be x-rayed and each person must walk through a medal detector, but they do not check ID. Of course there are exceptions, and agencies such as the CIA require ID, and always have. These are the exceptions. Unless you plan to enter these or similar agencies carrying a concealed weapon or an explosive device, you have no reason for concern. You simply place your purse (or package) on the conveyor as you walk through the medal detector. It’s very easy.

Furthermore, I can think of no reason for Elvira to need access to a high security federal agency. Considering her status as an alien absconder, she shouldn’t be permitted to enter ANY federal building without being arrested.

According to a letter I received from Dick Durbin, he stopped supporting her after her son's "condition" was cured. So somebody is lying, of course its a toss up since both are habitual liars. Hell, I'd have ADD if I had a mother pimping me financially, trotting me all over the globe begging for citizenship in her behalf and not allowing me to go to school and be an 8 year old kid. You would think they didn't have doctors in Mexico . . . . oh wait, they don't have welfare and she'd have to pay for it.

Apparently she thinks one of the benefits of being an American is free healthcare. I guess she wouldn't know that WE PAY FOR OUR HEALTHCARE and HIS ALONG WITH THEIR WELFARE.

You have that exactly right. They would have swooped in on any one of us and our backends would be behind bars from now till doomsday for that, but then again we are just taxpaying citizens, not illegals!!!!!
