National Council of la Raza Wants to Remind Obama About Something

Seems like the National Council of la Raza is starting a new action center and at the heart of it is reminding President Obama about all those promises he made in order to earn the Latino vote, especially his promises on immigration reform.



The launch of this action network comes ahead of NCLR’s National Advocacy days, today and Thursday in D.C., where Congressmen Menendez and Gutierrez are slated to speak to 300 leaders from 30 states and DC. The message is accountability and holding representatives accountable for promises made and for addressing the needs of the communities they try to represent.

The promo above doesn’t exactly call Obama a liar, but rather says he must have forgotten because he’s been so busy.

What do people think? Did Obama forget or did he just throw immigrants under the bus? What about Congressmen Gutierrez and Melendez who have introduced immigration proposals that are a step up from the current criminalization and detention heavy policies but still have a long way to go on being really representative of our the entire immigrant community.

With the economy the way it is many Latinos are becoming more vocal against illegal immigrants. I never thought I would see it in Miami Dade County. The comments they write about them are unbelievable and include things like they are the reason Jackson Health is going broke and how they are living off the taxpayers teat. Heck they even are screaming to end the wetfoot dryfoot policy and that is coming from many Cubans. LaRaza can dream all they want about amnesty. It will neveer happen. They are more people against now than there was last time they tried to push it through.

He calls Obama that all the time. I'm not sure what it means except the long-legged part!
I call him my Pastor, he makes me laugh about serious subjects.
Humor helps tell the stories.
I also like it when he has the Congregation there.
NO matter what he says, they barely change their faces?
They will nod approvingly.

He has some videos where he says things about Blacks that no one but a Black could say. He thinks it their fault where they are because of the breakdown in family, drugs, no snitching rule, and the gangsta talking.
I've heard Bill Cosby say similar things. Pastor Manning could be offensive to some, he isn't to me. The Whitehouse of course wants to silence him. Due to Chicago politics he has to have body guards now and as you can tell, he was nervous about getting this video out before he couldn't.

He has been harassed by YouTube and they suspend him and then he is found not guilty of their accusations. He now has 2 sites so he won't lose information.
