This is the paragraph that I can't believe was actually written.
"The Mexican-American community is awaiting the arrest of Jewish Defense League member Glenn Spencer, a cohort of Chris Simcox who is also from California but is presently somewhere on the Mexico/Arizona border terrorizing poor and defenseless Mexican migrant workers in desperate economic straits. These heartless vigilantes which also includes the vile rancher Roger Barnett and others in his Ranch Rescue Posse, have been responsible for the death of hundreds of migrant workers including mothers, children and babies. In addition, there have been at least 5 murders of Mexican migrants that were shot with high power hunting rifles."

Check the dates. This hatred propoganda was written before MMP started up on April 1. One memo was from March. The main page gives an April issue date but those MMP articles I read over a month ago. I wonder what they would be saying now

Most of this vitriolic propaganda sounds alike to me. La Raza, MEChA, LULAC and La Voz de Aztlan also seem to have merged into one voice. Citizens need to confront each possible libelous point and file suit. Their rhetoric also is way past the point of sedition and is tantamount to yelling "fire" when there is none. This too justifies another law suit. These cheesy punks don't have the guts to run for office and instead, hide behind any convenient skirt and screech racist diatribes.
What every sane, non-comatose US citizen knows is it's not about race. It's about Mexico and it's arrogant, bellicose practice of breaking and scoffing at out laws. It's one nation vs another nation. They continue to dump their economic and unemployment problems on us and disparage us for being insensitive. Most US citizens are fed up and applaud the Minutemen.

This was the type of "red herring" crap that was thrown at the MMP for about 2 months prior to the event.
Hopefully, people will see why the people who DID show (and not end up running home to mommy) packed a little extra punch in their luggage.
Furtunately, about everything that was said, was nothing but red herring. The other side's main way to destroy us, was to spread terror to the "weaker" volunteers. NOTE that the numbers shriveled from about 1100 to about 600 (intially), so this type of terror did partially work. I knew and expected these types of "attacks".
Note, on the MMP mailing lists, there were articles like the ones you see, which were posted 5 to 10 per day (no shit!), so the MMP volunteers were really saturated with threats such as the ones listed.

Something must be done and soon. Go to the CNN link; they have a contact your Congress. You can find your Senators and Representatives and write them nice long letters e-mailed right to them. Could not be easier. I was very impressed. If I knew how to bring the link in here I'd do it, but I'm a computer idiot.
