And yes this position that the experts are laying out is a "bunch of poo". I've just never heard of anything so ridiculous as our military not being able to arrest or capture or kill invaders at the borders or ports. That makes no sense at all, defies all logic and common sense, plus it's just not a valid constitutional position. The President has the power to stop all invasions, that is the whole purpose of a federal military. States also have the right to request that assistance if not already attended to and when they do the President has an constitutional obligation to send troops to stop it. Anyone saying otherwise needs to go sit in the Dunce Corner or be put in the Traitors Column, because they are just dead wrong.
