Laredo Sector Border Patrol closes on an apartment complex used as a stash house

LAREDO, Texas – Laredo Sector Border Patrol agents assigned to the Laredo South station working together with local law enforcement agencies closed on an apartment complex used as a stash house in Laredo, Texas.

On Nov. 7, Border Patrol agents working together with CBP Air and Marine Operations, Webb County Constables from Precinct 2 and Webb County Attorney’s Office arrived at an apartment complex located west of Laredo. Border Patrol agents discovered a total of 17 people found inside the apartment.

All were illegally present in the U.S. All subjects were taken into Border Patrol custody and processed accordingly. Record checks revealed they were from the countries of Mexico and Guatemala.
