    Repub Policy Committee: Immigration Reform

    This is interesting.

[quote]Republican Policy Committee: Necessary Conditions for Immigration Reform

First Step: Show Commitment to Enforcing Existing Laws

    Executive Summary
    • The federal government has failed in its basic duty to secure and protect its borders and to enforce immigration laws in the nation’s interior.
    • As a result, many Americans are increasingly cynical about the willingness â€â€

I'm so sick of that word comprehensive. Why do the politicians think that the only option to the illegals already here is amnesty? We know that's exactly what the word comprehensive means. You stupid politicans need to quit using big words to try to fool people into thinking your smart when your not. We don't need any comprehensive amnesty reform. We need to secure our borders and enforce our immigration laws seriously. After we round up a few thousand illegals in a short period of time, punish a few businesses for blatantly hiring illegals and we stop giving them benefits that even we the people can't get then the rest of the illegals will self deport themselves when they know that we are serious.

It's that simple. We don't need an overhaul, we don't need reform, we need to enforce the existing laws that we've got seriously. What part of we the people don't want amnesty for lawbreakers do the politicans NOT get? We don't want amnesty in any form and you clowns can use all of the big words you want, you aren't fooling us because we know when you use those big words, it means amnesty and the BS alert goes off.

Lets review some of these catch phrases that OB politicans love to use to try to fool the masses into accepting their amnesty for illegals:

    1. It's not an amnesty
    2. Earned legalization/legislation
    3. Direct path to citizenship
    4. Comprehensive/Compassionate reform
    5. A more humane/compassionate immigration policy
    6. Guest worker plan
    7. Immigration overhaul
    8. The system is broken
    9. We need to figure out who these people are and be able to document them
    10. Temporary Legal Status
    11. Temporary Worker Permits
    12. Temporary/Earned Amnesty (don't laugh, i've heard that one before)
    13. We can't possibly deport them all
    14. They are already here so we might as well accept them
    15. They do the jobs that nobody else will do
    16. They are so important to our economy
    17. We are a nation of immigrants
    18. No human being is illegal
    19. The economy will collapse if the illegals are deported
    20. Your a racist/bigot/anti immigrant/xenophobe

    All 20 listed are lies.

FOLKS!!! This is actually a great victory. They are watching and listening. The abandonment of the Rule of Law.....that concept started here less than two weeks ago. It has been posted on the forums capitalized just that way. Stay on message.....keep the pressure on that concept.....Abandonment of the Rule of Law = Failure by the Government to honor their Sworn Oaths. This President does not want to be impeached. He has full authority and all the means necessary to seal up these borders in a week and commence prosecutions of those that have violated these laws within 30 days.

In two weeks: we've moved from "can't control the borders" which thanks to the Minutemen, we know we can AND now the President's big guy in the GOP promised, key word, promised on national television that the President would assign 650 Border Control Agents and begin that process. 650 is still a joke, but is 3.5 TIMES the number in the original request according to this Policy Statement. And, this same individual promised (I can't remember his name--he's the new head of the RNC) that this President was going to commece prosecutions of illegal employers.

The Minutemen may still support the Border Control Agents to make sure they are doing their job.

Once the flow is stopped, then a reasonable solution to correcting the damage and bringing sanity to this situation will commence.

BUT, keep the talk going and the pressure on--abandonment of the Rule of Law especially when it has devastating effects on the health (closed medical facilities), safety (rapes, murders, mutilations) and economic security (12 to 15 millions unemployed) of American Citizens, all of which can be fully documented is an impeachable matter. IF investigations provide evidence, beyond a preponderance of the doubt (not reasonable doubt, but preponderance--a lesser standard for civil cases), then EVERYONE involved in this condition and its consequences can be held personally liable for the damage caused to American Citizens by this under-handed, back-door, plan to dissolve the United States as we know it.

WE decide if we want to be part of a New World Order OR NOT.

We decide if we want to become a Third World Nation with more poverty OR NOT.

We decide if we want Open Borders with other nations OR NOT.

Obviously, the American People have expressed NO INTEREST and IN FACT have voiced loud and legitimate opposition to such outrageous concepts, as we quickly but lately gather enough information to have some idea of "What's Afoot".

    It won't fly here.

Keep up the talk....abandonment of the Rule of Law by an Executive Branch IS an impeachable offense.

If this Government will not enforce the law, then the people have the right to remove them from office and instill those who will.

    It was a great week!!

Republican Policy Committee United States Senate

2ndamendsis - The post of this document is very helpful. I wanted to thank you for finding it and posting it so we could read it. I also wanted everyone to know that I just called Senator Kyl's Office, who is from Arizona, and challenged the 11,000,000 figure posted in the report. I directed them to the Social Security Administration, the Internal Revenue Service, etc. and the NYT and NDT articles discussing the 7,000,000 (last year) and the 7,200,000 this year that FILED RETURNS. Because these are tax returns and for a Household, this figure needs to be multiplied by a typical household of illegal aliens. If 3 to 4, then this is 21,000,000 to 28,000,000 WHO FILED RETURNS that would show the number of members in the Household as I'm sure they took advantage of the Child Care Credit!

Then, you would have to ADD to this outrageous number all the illegals who ARE NOT working for employers filing W-2. MOST do not file returns, so the total number of illegals is at least TWICE the 21,000,000 to 28,000,000 filing returns or 42,000,000 to 50,000,000 people who could be in this country illegally.

Also, a year ago before I had any of this information, just a simple review of the last 30 years of Census Data and the CIA US Population estimate in 2003 showed that we have about 50,000,000 additional people in the US from some source other than legal sources who are not supposed to be here.

If you have figures or other informaton or just your belief that this 11,000,000 figure DOES NOT ACCURATELY describe the number of illegal aliens in the US--call Senator Kyl's office and all the members of the Republican Polcy Committee and let it be known. His number is on the brief posted by 2ndamendsis.

I'll see if I can find the other members of the Committee.

    Thank you.

Folks - here is a link to Senator Kyl's website and a section where he shows HOW MUCH is being spent on illegal alien management. Get this to your talk show radio hosts, television stations and local newspapers. While the estimate of illegals in the Republican Policy Committee was obviousy UNDERSTATED, to conceal the total damage being inflicted on Americans and possibly to avoid the obvious public reaction which will be quite dramatic when they eventually hear the real number and believe it, this website shows nicely that American Taxpayers are now reimbursing states for their costs at huge numbers.

This is actually quite dangerous because local states and counties and cities will now "like" this income so it becomes another gravy train...towards the welfare state comtemplated by the globalists.

OPPOSE reimbursement to state and local governments. We don't want to spend money reimbursng state and local governments, we want to spend money controlling the borders, enforcing existing immigration law, and deporting those who are not supposed to be here....not "setting up" a SYSTEM to manage their presence.

We the problem solved, not "funded."

    Here is the link:

http://kyl.senate.gov - then click on the left of first page on "border and immigration".

    Thanks.

    I agree with this 100%

It still comes out of the taxpayers pocket, state or federal.

Darn Judy...........your GOOD!! Total agreement and kudos.

PS: remember........Illegals = MANY different nationalities
    but I'm sensing that their goal is to CONFUSE everyone by concentrating on the Mexicans which = "racism" {or they want it to seem so}

2ndamendsis--Thank you!! Yes, 2nd, they are tryng to diffuse the fact of multinational illegals. I have made this distinction several times through work on some other forums pointing out, for example, that the Wal-Mart case recently where Wal-Mart was fined $11,000,000 did NOT involve just Latinos. In our store, where I ran into the cleaning crews one night buying a car battery, there were THREE running floor scrubbers; did not speak a word of English and went scurrying away when I tried to ask them about the water on the battery I wanted to buy.

THERE WERE NORTHERN EUROPEAN ILLEGALS in the Wal-Mart case. They didn't actually work for Wal-Mart. They were working for a cleaning contractor. How the Justice Department figured out a way to HANG Wal-Mart shows how effective our Justice Department can be.....when they wanna be.

Wal-Mart must be opposed to CAFTA and Open Borders....or they were the deep-pocket.

Anyway, that was good work by the Justice Department on that one company....SO what have they been doing lately?

We need many more prosecutions IMMEDIATELY.

I can take them to some places....if they don't know where to find them. I'm sure millions of other Americans would help as well.

If you're watching Justice Department, drop us all a note and we'll get right on it for you.
