Hurricane Katrina illegal immigrant to be deported
CLARKSBURG, W.Va. An illegal immigrant found in West Virginia as a Hurricane Katrina refugee has entered a plea in federal court, and now will be deported.
Jose Mario Velasquez-Aguirre entered a plea yesterday to a single-count indictment.
The charging document alleged Velasquez-Aguirre had been deported from the United States in 2004, and was found illegally back in the country September fifth at Camp Dawson in Preston County.
He had been working as a carpet layer in New Orleans when Hurricane Katrina struck the city, and was among refugees brought to West Virginia.
Velasquez-Aguirre was sentenced to 63 days, which amounted to time served.Support our FIGHT AGAINST illegal immigration & Amnesty by joining our E-mail Alerts at http://eepurl.com/cktGTn

Uh Oh! Bush is going to be VERY upset about this since he PROMISED his AMIGO that this wouldn't happen!! Oh Goodness--it's just going to RUIN his Thanksgiving. Oh wait--he won't know about it anyway because remember--he doesn't watch the news OR read the paper. You know, that is something that STILL rankles me a year after I heard him say that. Can you IMAGINE a PRESIDENT who ADMITS he doesn't watch the news OR read the NEWSPAPER???? That is just a DISGRACE. And, he was STUPID enough to ADMIT IT.
