Solution 1
This eighth article in a series of eleven discusses ways we can stop the invasion of our country. This is not intended to be immigration bashing; rather it is meant to offer ways to solve our problems. This article offers a 30-point plan for handling the “estimated twenty million illegal aliens having been present in our nation as of January 1, 2004.”[1] “In 2004, there were approximately 8 million legal residents who could apply for citizenship—29.3 percent of them in California.”[2] Add to that, the roughly 20 million illegal aliens in our country, and we have one huge country bursting at its seams.
Look at this chart from www.numbersusa.com.[3] It gives you a good idea of where America is headed, population-wise.
“The 1990s saw the biggest U.S. population boom in U.S. history…. Because this population boom was almost entirely engineered by federal-forced-growth policies that are still in place, the Census Bureau states that Americans will suffer this kind of rapid congestion every decade into the future unless Congress changes the policies.”[4] The population will decrease if we deport the illegals.
Numbersusa.com also provides a chart depicting where our country will end up by the end of this century:[5]
Understanding the problems we are facing with the overrun of illegal aliens, this article, then, looks at ways of handling the illegal alien attack.
Legal Immigrants
Just recently I had been at an affair hosted by several families from India. Nearly all have good jobs, are highly educated, speak English (with an accent) in addition to their native language, and are honest taxpayers. During the course of a conversation, one woman—a university professor—bemoaned the problems with illegal aliens. She had said, “I came to this country the right way. I came as a student, went through the visa, green card, and legalization process. Nearly everyone I know who was born in another country and moved here to live have gone through the process of becoming American citizens. So why do the illegal Hispanics think they have a right to special treatment, especially when they offer nothing to this country in return for all that they get?”
I believe the illegals do what they do here—work jobs, send money home, use our medical, welfare, and educational systems without the obligation of citizenship—simply because they can get away with it. Now it’s up to us to show them the door.
What Can We Do About Alien Incursion?
It’s apparent the milieu of blame for this illegal alien invasion falls on many shoulders, and yet nearly no one wants to take responsibility for it. Certainly the Elite-Neo-Con-Marxists are on top of the list, followed by corporations. And our president himself and his Cabinet must admit their role in this. The bottom line, I believe, is that Mr. President and his cohorts, and the Communists, and the Elite want open borders to complete the implementation of the New World Order where all the Americas will be one region; never forget this, as this is the bottom line for the ripping apart of the seams of our country. And we know that some of the big-time corporations want cheap labor. If we fuss, resist and fight it, it gives cause for the officials to lock us up in interment camps. And don’t forget that the big-wigs want the votes from the Hispanics, a huge mass that can make or break candidates in either party, but it’s wise to know—as already mentioned--that we are not really a two-party country, as both the Republicans and Democrats are in the pockets of the Elite. As a side thought here, let me ask you if you would be all that surprised if Mr. Bush came forward at the end of his presidential term and passed an EO that would keep him in office, prohibit elections—all because of the invented mayhem in the country.
We are pandering to these illegals by not only giving them what they want, but also by giving them even more than what they’re demanding. Our police—who are supposed to be up-holders and guardians of American citizens—assault Americans to favor the Hispanics. A former Marine who has done duty in Kosovo and will re-deploy in June, and is a current member of the Kansas Army National Guard, had displayed both the flag of the United States and of the United States Marines on his truck while he watched the illegal immigrants’ protest rally. He offers, “Within minutes of arriving at the parking lot I was approached by no less than four law enforcement vehicles and several officers. I was ordered to immediately remove the flags from my vehicle. When I attempted to ask why, the officer replied, ‘Shut your mouth and go home.’ I was told that if I didn’t comply that I would be arrested without delay for disorderly conduct.
I was not allowed to display the flag of my nation that I serve and protect [but] meanwhile I stood in a sea of flags from foreign nations, some waved by hand, others attached to vehicles. I also was profanely insulted by one of the demonstrators who himself was flying a Mexican flag from his vehicle….The disrespect and outright hatred shown to me by both the demonstrators and law enforcement officers of my own hometown was [sic] heartrending.”[6]

Since our leaders are tipping off the Mexican government on the placement of the Minutemen (see #9 in the next article), and since our own country’s police force favors the illegal aliens, what can we do? Apparently, whatever it is, it will have to be done at a grassroots level because those of us who are opposed to this invasion of our country have little sway and voice.
All the power lies in the Fox/Bush governments, and all their underlings, right down to the local police, as well as in the crushing grip of the Elite of the New World Order. We are on our own to fight this and take back our country.
Solution 2
This is the second article in Part III, of 11 articles total on illegal immigration, and continues through article eleven. This commentary offers suggestions for solving our illegal alien problems.
1. Pressure the media to show the true pictures of the damage of massive illegal immigration instead of manipulating Americans with how badly the aliens must feel, how they need food, shelter, medicine, and education, and our empathy. Insist that the so-called pundits’ handling of illegal immigrations images be accurate, and to stop making Americans feel guilty for wanting to save their country. Likewise, pressure the media to stop giving voice and promoting the illegals’ political actions and speechifying so as not to give them more power. This should be true especially for their marches, boycotts, and protests.
2. Reverse the flow. Deport the illegals, and send their criminals back to Fox’s world where his government can pay for them, and not we Americans. William Gheen of ALIPAC, offers, “[If deported] Illegal aliens will have trouble finding employment and services. They know if they are deported that getting back in will be more difficult than ever and when they are caught by the police for crimes, drinking and driving, or driving without a license they are immediately placed in the deportation line and local officers are sent to their residence to determine the status of others living at that location.”[1]
3. Secure the borders. It’s better to build walls than bridges in this case. www.numbersusa.com offers, “’Interior enforcement’" means detecting, detaining and deporting illegal aliens from America's communities in all regions, not just along the borders. ‘Any alien that makes it in now is almost guaranteed a life without interruption by INS or the Border Patrol.’"[2]
4. Eliminate census-taking of illegals so as not to give them political power as a special group or bloc.
5. Pressure President Bush and his cronies to annul standing orders to release captured illegal aliens caught at the border; instead, enforce the law.
6. Report any person/business/corporation providing employment to illegals. Even if it’s just a small mom & pop operation, turn them in. We need to start somewhere in getting businesses to stop hiring illegals. And we definitely need to go after the big corporations.
7. Fine and imprison employers who hire illegal labor, but also employers should be given a simpler and more straightforward method for determining which job applicants are illegals.
8. Remove incentives and benefits illegal aliens are permitted, such as licenses, in-state tuition, free medical treatment, welfare, and so on.
9. Empower border patrols and local police to enforce immigration law. Reporter Eric Shawn said on the O’Reilly show that “the head of the U.N.'s immigration agency is a Mexican official. ‘It's ironic,’ he told O'Reilly, ‘because Mexico has some of the toughest laws against illegal immigration.’"[3]
10. Have the IRS chase down illegals who pay no taxes rather than harass honest taxpaying Americans.
11. Mandate and enforce the speaking and reading of English as America's national language, and stop withdrawing funds from American’s paychecks to hire translators or put material into foreign languages.
12. Don’t buy products made by or representative of the Latino culture to let the illegals know that we, too, can carry out boycotts. “Americans of all stripes vote for immigration by who they hire to clean their homes and offices, the restaurants they patronize—and the complicity they tolerate from the state government…..With widespread complicity by individual citizens and state governments, U.S. immigration laws have about as much meaning as speed limits on highways.”[4]
13. Put a stop to illegals bastardizing American patriotism through their saying our Pledge of Allegiance in Spanish or other language; the Pledge—controversial or not—represents our vow to our country’s sovereignty, freedom, and rights, and isn’t meant for mutation by other nations. Sadly the presumably hoped-for potential presidential candidate Condoleezza Rice “likes the multilingual anthem.” The site USINFO.State.gov has four Spanish versions of our anthem.[5] And, oh by the way, we might want to explain to the Mexican illegals that our national anthem does not begin with “Jose can you see….”
14. Impress upon these illegals a sense of appreciation for our country by forbidding them to raise their flags on American poles.
15. Demand our right to display our American flag or American insignias, or any form of American patriotism without harassments and threats.
16. Only give “Illegal aliens currently in the United States…a one-time opportunity to leave the United States without penalty and seek permission to reenter legally if they qualify under existing law. Those who do not take advantage of this opportunity will be removed and permanently barred from returning.”[6]
17. Urge illegals to become American citizens the right way—the way it has been done for decades and decades—and to hold up their end of responsibilities just as Americans do, and to start taking accountability for their actions. Once they are legitimate Americans, we can start talking about parity.
18. Let’s support the Minutemen’s fight to halt illegal alien migration while the government sits backs and watch. They have a major caravan event, and will follow the schedule below as presented on forthecause.com.[7]
19. Press for the passage of HR 688, which “would enact comprehensive immigration reform by providing more resources for our legal immigration
system while reducing workload levels, strengthening our borders, increasing screening and tracking of aliens, removing alien terrorists, criminals, and human rights violators, and expediting removal proceedings. Rep. Gresham Barrett is the bill's main sponsor” (from www.numbersusa.com). Terrorists should be a primary concern, especially since clothing has been found on the borders with Arabic military insignia and the like on it, as well as 51 suspected terrorists having been caught in 2005 crossing into the country from nations such as Pakistan, Iraq, Syria, Iran, and Egypt, along with explosive devices. The borders are often like military zones with thugs, gangs, aliens as individuals and groups shooting at Americans and officers.[8] Wasn’t 9/11 enough of a lesson on terrorism—whether Elite backed or not? Also support Rep. Nathan Deal’s HR 698 which would end the process of granting automatic citizenship to the children born to illegal aliens in the United States.”[9] Examine and support Rep. Tancredo’s position on the rights of illegals in our homeland. Too, tell your congress-people to reinforce the cessation of the allowance of pregnant mothers to bear their children in the States to ground them and their newborns (anchor babies) as Americans with all the rights of citizenship, which in turn is accorded to the child’s family and relatives.
Check out www.numbersususa.com for other bills, such as Senator Frist’s S.2454, that you might find worthy of pushing for passage, as well as studying the list of bills that will continue only to further destroy our sovereignty by giving illegal aliens more latitude.
These include H.R. 251 (would grant amnesty to certain illegal alien children under the age of 18 and allow illegal alien students to receive in-state tuition rates for their postsecondary education, as sponsored by Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee); H.R. 884 (would create a massive agricultural guest worker amnesty, allowing approximately 860,000 of the 1.2 million illegal aliens currently working in agriculture–plus their spouses and children–to qualify for this amnesty, thus pushing the total to three million or more, as proposed by Rep. Chris Cannon); S. 1033 (would give amnesty to millions of illegal aliens, increase legal immigration by almost half a million each year, and create a massive new worker-importation program. Sen. John McCain is the bill's main sponsor); and S. 2XXX, sponsored by Sen. Arlen Specter (would increase the cap on family-sponsored immigrant visas and exempt the spouse and children of employment-based immigrations from numerical caps).
Solution 3
If you’ve read the previous articles, you’ll understand the insight in this commentary. This is a continuation from the first 19 solutions offered.
20. Let’s also support our border patrols and push our elected officials to propose, pass and enforce bills that would shore up our country’s sovereignty and deport the unlawful invaders here on a free-ride. Urge them to pass bills that would build a wall across the borders. It’s ironic that Mexico has some of the toughest immigration builds of any country. Alan Wall[1] of VDare.com offers: “Jose Luis Soberanes, president of the CNDH (National Commission of Human Rights)…has reported that Central American and even Mexican migrants in Mexico are subject to abuse at the hands of police and military personnel, and that immigrants are detained in municipal prisons. According to Soberanes, ‘the Mexican government mistreats ‘indocumentados’ that cross its territory, it keeps them in jails, in overcrowded conditions, many times without food, without medical attention and overall, violating their human rights.’ Mauricio Farath, another CNDH official, reported that in some Mexican states, Central Americans ‘go to the municipal jails, where they stay for days and weeks. In some small rooms there are dozens of them and they do not separate the men and the women’ [CNDH: Aquí se criminaliza a los ilegales, Victor Ballinas Enviado, December 21st, 2005].”
21. Limit the number of people—especially illegal aliens--who crowd homes or apartments with multiple family members and relatives to save on the cost of rent and other living expenses.
22. Report housing overcrowding by illegals to the authorities, and follow through on the action by the authorities.
23. Let’s demand accountability from our government, especially in regards to the article written by Sara Carter of Inland Valley Daily Bulletin [2] who writes:
While Minuteman civilian patrols are keeping an eye out for illegal border crossers, the U.S. Border Patrol is keeping an eye out for the Minutemen—and telling the Mexican government where they are….A U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokesman confirmed the notification process, describing it as a standard procedure meant to reassure the Mexican government that migrants’ rights are being observed…Chris Simcox, founder of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps, [states] “It’s unbelievable that our own government agency is sending intelligence to another country, They are sending intelligence to a nation where corruption runs rampant, and that could be getting into the hands of criminal cartels….They just basically endangered the lives of American people.”… [A reflection of the] Mexican consulate’s influence over the agency.
With this kind of treason, everyone involved in it, from individuals to the White House should be charged and/or impeached. About this treason, Congressmen Tom Tancredo said, “…The Border Patrol has documented more than two hundred incursions into the U.S. by the Mexican military, and Texas sheriffs even apprehended Mexican government vehicles that were used to ferry drug runners across the border. By tipping off Mexico’s military to the Minutemen’s location, the U.S. government is asking for trouble.”[3]
24. Require every immigrant into this country to have a sponsor who pays for their medical care, housing needs, drivers’ licenses, whatever, if the illegal can’t. If there is no sponsor, then illegals should not come to this country; if already here without sponsorship, deport them.
25. Aliens only—not Americans—should be required to have an ID card that states that they are not citizens and are non-resident aliens. This should be a card—like a passport—and not a biometric device or microchip to mark them or any other peoples. No human should be required to be marked.
26. By erasing all the present registrations and forcing new registration, the illegals would “drop off and have no right to vote in America” (as offered by Virginia Brooks of the New Frontier Coalition, May 12, 2006).
24. Battle any attempt to give illegals any form of amnesty. Consider this: “Senate leaders reached a deal…on reviving a broad immigration bill that could provide millions of illegal immigrants a chance to become American citizens….”[4] No matter how you slice it, it’s still amnesty.
25. Flood your congress-people with phone calls, letters, faxes, e-mails to let them know you oppose any action they may take to allow illegals rights, including temporary workers’ programs or blanket citizenship, and that you also oppose any inaction on their part and intend not to support them in the future. There are many sources to turn to, to learn how to contact your senators and representatives, as well as the White House, but for quick purposes, go to this site as a start: [Read] (phone, e-mail, fax, Senate switchboard, White House, U.S. House).

26. “Non-citizens enter[ing] the United States [are] guests and must obey the rules governing their entry. The U.S. government must track the entry, stay, and departure of all visa-holders to ensure that they comply fully with the terms of their visas, or to remove them if they fail to comply.”[5]
27. Demand that the president deploy more than 6,000 Guards to the borders, and to do so in less than the two-year period he has mandated, and allow the equipment and authority to enforce the law.

28. Don’t be deceived by euphemistic words used by our government to hide their true intent to make all illegals citizens through amnesty. Listen carefully to their words; challenge them; demand that the illegals be deported.
29. Repeal the visa lottery entirely.
30. Take your local and state governments and employers to task for not enforcing illegal immigration laws. Here is some insight from The Globalist: “Federal agencies get precious little help from state governments that issue drivers licenses, administer social services and admit children into schools.”[6]
Summary
This final article is the concluding piece to the previous ten columns on illegal immigration. It summarizes the situation.
Let’s establish that immigrant bashing is not only not the answer but it is also counter to everything Americans stand for: Ethics, humaneness, hospitality. Though many of the illegals express outright hated for us, we should stand tall and not stoop to that level. And not all illegals are raging menaces and many of the legal immigrants—including Hispanics--despise what is going on as much as Americans do.
Many legal Latinos are hard workers, conscientious and productive people. This article series is written for those illegals who are demanding rights, trying to control us and take-over our country, while being mean, slanderous, and profane.
Perhaps what we need to do to stop this alien invasion into our country is best summarized as, “Tancredo offer[s] a comprehensive plan for dealing with the pernicious effects of illegal immigration on our society, but open border advocates dismiss it as racist. Corporations disdain it as unworkable. Labor unions cannot fathom it. Some conservatives find fault with it. Yet Tancredo manages to plug most of the policy and enforcement holes that are responsible for the current untenable situation. His proposal may not be right for any particular group, but it is right for the United States of America. That's all we want from our elected representatives.”[1]
We have a travesty on our hands, and we must not allow our country to be overrun by hooligans from other nations who think they own us. We must put our beer and pizza aside, get off our duffs, and fight this destruction of our beloved homeland before it does become “Mexamerica.”
If we’re not out on the borders as individuals, or personally contacting government decision makers, or writing and speaking about the problem to inform others, or performing some other activity to halt this invasion, then let’s morally, verbally, and monetarily

support those who are fighting this invasion—individuals, groups, Minutemen, the Paul Revere Riders, and other patriots. Frosty Woodbridge and numerous other bikers are doing their Paul Revere Ride—organized and founded by Woodbridge—leaving Denver on May 29 and ending in Washington, DC on August 5th stopping at all 48 capitols, at about 14,000 miles, averaging 250 miles per day. The route is featured in the map to the left. All motorcyclists are invited to join in the caravan at anytime during the tour. [Read]
Our fathers and grandfathers, our soldiers of today, did not go to war to lose their homeland; let’s not let them down. We need to go to battle here at home as much as our sons, daughters, grandchildren, and siblings are doing elsewhere. We must get motivated; we must get active; we must let our congress-people know that we are appalled at, and opposed to, allowing illegals in this country at the cost of legal Americans, and if our own politicians won’t do anything, we need to kick them out of their comfy jobs and not vote for them again, and have them charged with treason. Let’s get grassroots groups together to crusade for our cause, as well as some heavy duty influence from political, religious, economical, and educational arenas. Let’s not be fearful of them; they should be petitioning us for the right to be in our country. Since they have gotten angry at us and have been bullying us, we must then get motivated. This likely will get even uglier, but either you’ll sit by and watch, or push forward and meet the battle; if not, we will lose our country entirely. The great nation of America will become only a legend then.
President’s Bush’s Address of May 15th was no help whatsoever, as his temporary worker problem is akin to amnesty, no matter what words are used to describe it. He wants to couple this with a national ID card and use of biometrics, and there we are—getting into the mark of the beast. He thinks that sending 6000 guardsmen by 2008 will help the problem when in reality, the illegals still have two years to cross the borders at the same rate—if not more—than they have been doing. Plus, he will let the National Guard stay at the borders for only one year, and he fails to say what power the Guard will have if they catch resistors. He made it clear that he will not “militarize” the southern border because “Mexico is our friend.” And worst of all, he wants to let every single illegal alien of the 12 to 20 million here apply for citizenship (no doubt in a shortcut manner) because it would be too difficult “to deport that high number of people, and that many,” he argues, have been here with “good jobs, as good citizens, and with all their family.”
Newsmax confirms this:[2] “…troops won't even be armed? Sending unarmed troops to assist the Border Patrol with "logistics" consisting of paper-pushing and vehicle maintenance will do nothing more than place career desk jockeys and support personnel in a very dangerous environment. This is a political maneuver, not a true border security plan….And to top it off, once again the President called for a "guest worker" amnesty for 12 million illegal immigrants... all while denying that it's an amnesty… these legislators won't call it "amnesty", just like President Bush, Ted Kennedy and John McCain won't call it that. They like to use the term "guest worker program…It means giving illegal aliens a way to avoid any real penalty for breaking our immigration law.” In reality, what the President offered in his address—the Senate immigration reform bill now referred to as the Hagel-Martinez “compromise bill”--will prove to be disastrous to us, allowing for over 193 million new legal immigrants in the next 20 years. That would be a number greater than 60% of our current population.
The immediate result is essentially amnesty to about 10 million illegals; the crush of 193 million would come later. “The population would grow exponentially from there because the millions of new citizens would be permitted to bring along their extended families…’The impact of this increase in legal immigration dwarfs the magnitude of the amnesty provisions,’ said Mr. Rector, who followed Congress for 25 years. He called the bill ‘the most dramatic piece of legislation in my experience.’”[3] According to The Washington Times, this bill is most alarming because “it eliminates a long-standing policy of U.S. immigration law that prohibits anyone from gaining permanent status here who is considered ‘likely to become a public charge,’ meaning welfare or other government subsidy….Additionally, the bill slants legal immigration away from highly skilled and highly educated workers to the unskilled and uneducated, who are far more likely to require public assistance.”[4]
Too, this bill has hidden in it destruction of the U.S. by take-over by illegal aliens who will get their full amnesty after all—just under a different name. And the costs to Americans will be outrageous! The initial 10 million illegals-turned-citizens would be, says Robert Rector of the Heritage Foundation, “’the largest expansion of the welfare state in 35 years’ which would result in an approximate $30 billion every year to Americans.”[5]
I can’t help but feel that Mr. Bush got what he wanted all along, but yet made it sound as though he were doing Americans a favor by putting the National Guard on the Border. If anything, our president made the matter worse. It is heart wrenching.
So, Mr. Bush, I ask, what are you really doing to rid us of 20 million illegals in this country and growing as more and more cross the border daily, and the rate will increase before any Guards get down there to be effective?
It all comes down to one point: Upstanding illegal aliens need to become productive, contributing American citizens if they want to live and work in this land, and benefit from our resources. It’s that simple. If not, go back home.
Keep these comments made by Hispanics in mind when you sit back in your chair and do nothing to step forward and stop this invasion:[6]
Professor Jose Angel Gutierrez, University of Texas: “We have an aging white America. They are not making babies. They are dying. The explosion is in our population….I love it. They are shitting in their pants with fear. I love it.”
And, from the same source:
Richard Alatorre, Los Angeles City Council: “They’re afraid we’re going to take over the governmental institutions and other institutions. They’re right. We will take them over…We are here to stay.”
Lastly, from the same source:
Professor Fernando Guerra, Loyola Marymount University: “We need to avoid a white backlash by using codes understood by Latinos…”

This type of rhetoric tells us that the illegal aliens don’t want to assimilate into our culture, accept our mores, or understand our ideologies. No, they don’t want to be Americans; they just want to own and control our motherland.
Are we going to give it to them?
This is the conclusion of the eleven articles in three parts on illegal aliens in America.
