ALBION, N.Y. (WKBW) — An Albion woman tells 7 Eyewitness News around 6:00 a.m. Tuesday her husband Antonino, an undocumented immigrant, left for his job on a farm when he was taken into custody by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officers (ICE).
Shortly after, the woman says ICE officers came banging on her door. She never opened the door and says the agents didn't have a search warrant to enter, but they had the home surrounded and didn't leave for four hours.
Both the man, identified as Antonino Hernandez-Bautista, and his wife, who is also undocumented, have lived in the United States for over 15 years and have three children.
The pair have signed over custody of their three children to their nephew Cody Gomez, ahead of possible deportation.
Gomez says his aunt is nervous and scared, and the family believes Hernandez-Bautista was taken into custody as a result of President Trump's crackdown on undocumented immigrants.
A video obtained by 7 Eyewitness News shows documents that say the woman was ordered by ICE to be removed in 2007. She's now ordered to appear in person to the Department of Homeland Security Offices in Downtown Buffalo.
ICE released this statement to 7 Eyewitness News Tuesday evening:
On July 15, deportation officers with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested Antonino Hernandez-Bautista who was specifically sought as part of a targeted enforcement action. Hernandez-Bautista is a repeat immigration violator, who has been allowed to voluntarily return to his home country on four prior occasions. He will remain in ICE custody, pending removal from the U.S.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement
A group called Rochester Rapid Response Network provided legal advice to the family. They send advocates to undocumented immigrants who are about to be confronted by ICE.

They should NOT be permitted to sign their children over to anybody.
Deport the whole family.
And they certainly should not be eligible for any free stuff to stay here!
Enforce Public Charge laws. If they are signed over...that person has to Sponsor them and pay 100% costs!ILLEGAL ALIENS HAVE "BROKEN" OUR IMMIGRATION SYSTEM
