President Obama said most illegal immigrants still won’t be deported, even after the Supreme Court’s tie ruling Thursday upheld an injunction on his broader deportation amnesty.

Mr. Obama rushed to assure illegal immigrants with ties to the U.S. that they are “low priorities,” even though they will not be able to get the work permits and taxpayer benefits his “deferred action” program had promised.

And he said the 4-4 tie was more evidence for the need to confirm Judge Merrick Garland, his pick to succeed the late Justice Antonin Scalia, to the high court.

Speaking less than two hours after the court’s ruling, Mr. Obama said it “takes us further from the country we aspire to be,” and delays a solution to a broken system that has allowed an estimated 11 million illegal immigrants to arrive and settle here.

The president also challenged voters to punish those who want stricter enforcement of immigration laws.

“Now we’ve got a choice about who we’re going to be as a country, what we’re going to teach our kids, and how we want to be represented in Congress and the White House,” Mr. Obama said at the White House.

Congress needs to order I.C.E. to deport everyone here illegally that they and other law enforcement officers come in contact with.

Their children are FREE to go back to Mexico and Central America with their CRIMINAL parents.

No one stopping them. No one tearing their families apart.

People should not BENEFIT from breaking Laws and using children as pawns. Lame excuse.

The courts need to determine there is NO such thing as an Anchor Baby. Never was. All those Birth Certificates are no good and were issued for corrupt political reasons. Give them a "Certificate of Child Born Abroad" and deport them!

I don't think Congress can do that. I don't think Congress can "order" the Executive Branch to do anything.

1. Congress can all federal funding including tax exempt charity funding to all illegal aliens.

2. Congress can pass a law revoking the birth right citizenship of children of illegal aliens and temporary immigrants, foreign visitors and students.

3. Congress can pass a Moratorium on All Immigration.

4. Congress can pass a law that revokes any authority perceived or otherwise of the Executive Branch or any court to admit any immigrants into the US or release any illegal aliens into society.

5. Congress can pass a law that acknowledges and authorizes state and local law enforcement to enforce US immigration law.

6. Congress can pass a law that requires deportation hearings on the sole issue of legal presence by Magistrates within 24 hours of arrest based on E Verify, and require removal within 24 to 48 hours of the hearing, families intact, no child left behind. This process needs to move more swiftly than a traffic court.

7. Congress can also pass a Resolution that prohibits any admission of any immigrant into the US by the federal government because the federal government under Article 1 Section 9 has no authority or power to admit even 1 immigration or worker into the US. This is not a power or choice of the federal government under the US Constitution. It is a STATES RIGHT to admit immigrants under Article 1, Section 9, balanced by the authority of the federal government to prohibit such immigration.

Congress could do all of these things, but it can't order ICE or anyone else to do anything except show up to testify under a Congressional Subpoena.

Congress controls the budget for I.C.E.
If they don't do the job
cut off all of their funding.

They already aren't doing their job, they should have already been defunded and state and local law enforcement acknowledged and authorized to enforce US immigration law.

Obama made that perfectly clear the 5 times he repeated his current deportation policy
will not change.

Obama, Hillary and Demowack party still need as many illegal aliens here as possible
to vote in November to steal the elections from the American people!
