Lulac Asks U.S. Justice Department To Initiate Federal Civil Rights Investigation Into Hispanic Beating In Pennsylvania Town

The last beating in July led to the death of Mexican immigrant

Washington, DC - The League of United Latin American Citizens in response to news that another young Latino boy has been beaten in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania calls on the United States Department of Justice to open a federal civil rights investigation.

The 19 year-old was allegedly waking home late Thursday night and was struck from behind. Reports mention that his eyes were bandaged up and he was abducted. He was then pushed out of the vehicle and left on the street. The boy was taken to the hospital and the authorities were contacted. He was struck with an item and his body and head blows require stitches and staples.

“LULAC will be monitoring this tragic incident closely working alongside the proper authorities to make sure that justice prevails. We have seen the increase of hate crimes against Latinos in recent years by 37 percent as documented by the FBI in a report that was released last fall,â€

LULAC ought to be monotoring the behavior and actions of their own because they are hardley "friendly" and non-violent.....could simply be a kid getting his just deserts from his own behavior.

sounds like a gang incident.....MS-13 and other "Latino" gangs are alive and well in PA...and just today...the Police Commissioner of Pittsburgh said he's implementing a sanctuary policy "don't ask, don't tell" when it comes to illegal aliens in Pittsburgh.

That sounds like a typical gang style murder. Or else it was arranged by the Mexican drug cartel. Its their style to tape up the eyes and beat, shoot, or cut off the victims head. LULAC is in for an awakening because they are going to find out that "one of their own" murdered that Latino boy.

Mexican Lies to Shenandoah Police About Beating

    by Wendi Medashefski

About 5 o’clock Friday morning, the Shenandoah police were called about a Hispanic man in the hospital being the victim of a beating. His name is Javier Alcala, Jr, and is suspected in of being in the US illegally.

Tuesday, race-baiting professional groups, LULAC and MALDEF, were already demanding the Department of Justice investigate the civil rights violations against the man, even though by then, Alcala had changed his story more than once.

Story #1: He was abducted by the Polish American firehouse at 4:00 am by four men with “shaved headsâ€
The flag flies at half-mast out of grief for the death of my beautiful, formerly-free America. May God have mercy on your souls.
    RIP USA 7/4/1776 - 11/04/2008
