Major Pot Haul Seized In Border Bust

PHOENIX -- Border Patrols agents found more than rotting squash and jalapenos in a truck during a routine inspection.

Agents seized more than 2,900 pounds of marijuana at the Sonoita station border checkpoint.

They found 146 bundles of marijuana hidden behind the boxes of decaying vegetables.

The marijuana has an estimated street value of over $3.3 million.
