Remind people citing the NYT that they were the ones who employed Jayson [sic] Blair

For those who want to see the poll's content, it's available on the NYT's homepage as a PDF.

It's very illuminiting. And yes, they are definitely spinning the results.

I just read it again... here are a few tidbits:

    69% favor deportation and prosecution
62% think all immigrants don't learn English in a "timely manner"
59% think illegals should "go to the back of the line"
75% favor an increase in fines and enforcement for employers
70% think illegals "hurt" the US
82% think the Government "isn't enforcing enough" currently

The only one that suprised me:

53% think illegals "do jobs American won't do"

...I honestly don't know where they got their "conclusion" from!

    Great job!!!!!!!!!!!

This is what is so infuriating about this. Their position is a mile wide but an inch deep. Problem is that Americans are so distracted they don't have the resources normally to challenge this BS. This is something the talk show circuit can counter if they know about it.

I knew this was BS when I read it this morning. I also blasted several letters to the editors. I suggest everyone else do the same.

This is flat out BS! NO newspaper should be allowed to print this kind of garbage.
