ICE officers arrest man they say entered U.S. illegally a second time

HUDSON FALLS -- Immigration and Customs officers arrested a man Tuesday who they say had already been deported once.

ICE officers encountered Juan Crecencio Gonzalez-Hernandez, a Mexican native and citizen, in Hudson Falls. During their interview, they determined that he was in the U.S. without admission or parole from an immigration officer.

Gonzalez-Hernandez was transported to the ICE office in Albany, where his fingerprints were entered into the Department of Homeland Security's IDENT fingerprint database. The fingerprint comparison determined that Gonzalez-Hernandez had been removed from the U.S. on both Alril 28 and May 7, 2012, at Calexico, Calif. A search of immigration records indicated that Gonzalez-Hernandez had not sought or received permission from the Attorney General or the Secretary of Homeland Security to return to the U.S., following his removal.

Gonzalez-Hernandez was advised of the Miranda warning in Spanish, and then interviewed. He stated in the interview that he was a Mexican citizen, that he had illegally entered the U.S., and that he had been previously removed from the U.S. to Mexico.

Gonzalez-Hernandez is charged with Reentry of a Previously Removed Alien, a violation of Title 8, United States Code, Section 1326(a).

A repeat illegal entry is a felony crime. Those who do it should get a minimum of 1 year for each illegal reentry! How are these folks ever going to learn a lesson if we just keep shooting them back across the border with no real punishment?

Mexico is a Gypsy Nation. I've lost all respect for them. We have to build a wall to keep them out. We have to spend billions enforcing our laws to keep them out and get them out. Even with all of that, they suck on every tax-payer and economic teat we have here and then whine, whine, whine. They disgust me beyond end.

Mexico needs to realize they've just crapped on the only friend they ever really had.

Personally I don't want illegal aliens doing anything in our country. We don't need or want them to touch our new beautiful wall. Get them out, get them all out, and get them far out, hundreds of miles from the border.
