ICE gets their man, KGUN9 sees it happen

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Every day, agents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement risk their lives making sure criminals who are here illegally are off the streets. ICE gave KGUN9 News an inside look at their latest bust.

It started in barren hallway at headquarters where ICE agents were briefed on what to expect and information on the man they are looking for. "Safety, safety, safety," stressed the agent who did the briefing.

Noe Nubes-Nidez has a conviction for transportation of marijuana that is 13 years old. Nubes-Nidez had a green card, but lost it after his conviction. Now, the United States want him sent back to Mexico.

With guns strapped on and fully prepared, the hunt took the agents and KGUN9 News to a quiet south side Tucson neighborhood where agents expected to find Nubes. He wasn't there. But his parents were. They sent agents to another area Nubes-Nidez might be.

Agents located his car in an apartment complex parking lot. A stiff walk turned to an explosive run when Nubes-Nidez was found inside his car. They put him in handcuffs, and took him down to be processed.

Nubes-Nidez had a lot to process on his own. In his native Spanish, Nubes-Nidez told KGUN9 he gave himself to the lord, as he pleaded on for immigration reform.

ICE agents tell KGUN9 News, he was put on a bus and driven to Mexico.

The only thing I can say is why didn't they do the same to "Nubes" parents? OMG Nubes pleaded for immigration reform so he can continue his 13 year old business of being a drug dealer.....bet Nancy "the beast" Pelosi and President OBAMAnation the Desolator are crying big crocodile tears right now and stamping there little feet.
