But, Obama does not have to wait for Congress to “protect

During the President’s 2011 State of the Union speech, Obama said: “I strongly believe that we should take on, once and for all, the issue of illegal immigration. I am prepared to work with Republicans and Democrats to protect our borders, enforce our laws and address the millions of undocumented workers who are now living in the shadows.â€

That's true, he could put troops on the border and most of US sure wish he would. But even more importantly, he could cancel his lawsuit against Arizona and support states rights to enforce US immigration law unleasing 800,000 trained, sworn, willing and ready law enforcement officers already being paid and equipped, to enforce US immigration law at no additional cost to US taxpayers or too little to mention.

Obama is not going to cancil the lawsuit against Az or any other state. he needs the Latino votes and does not want to upset that community. As for troops yes he can deploy troops there but he might offend his friend , the president of Mexico. Congressional pressure is going to be the key to any action Obama takes against the illegals. More than token arrests by ICE.

If Obama did send troops to the Mexican border to secure it and established military lines there along with not filing suit against AZ I'd bet the Dream Act would have passed in 2010 especially if they made slight alterations where one had to get a background check and fingerprint check before application is accepted and status is set on hold from being deported.

Of course we don't want the DA to have passed, just showing if he really cared about securing the borders along with all the illegal aliens both could have happened last year as long as he put soldiers on the lines with also legislation to establish military posts and lines to protect it.

Obama's nothing but traitorous scum to the American People. I'd love to see him charged as a war criminal as spend the rest of his days in guantamino bay playing best buddy to his terrorist colleagues.

sign an executive order making all available national guard report to the border, with ammo, with power the arrest and detain anyone coming across the border, do a sweep along the mountains and valleys in the state and remove the poacher and the spotters from the mountains
