A Mexican citizen who's been deported from the United States five times was again found in this country illegally, officials said -- this time in York County Prison.
Pedro Millan-Montero, 24, was found on Jan. 10 in York County Prison, according to online federal court records. He'd last been deported to Mexico in May 2009.
Millan-Montero was wanted in Lancaster County on a DUI charge and was arrested on that warrant in York County, records state. He was taken to York County Prison to await transfer to Lancaster County, which is when officials determined he's in this country illegally.
It's the fifth time Millan-Montero has been arrested and deported, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Harrisburg.
Federal prosecutors have now charged him with a felony count of illegally entering the United States, according to court records. If convicted, he faces a maximum of two years in prison, federal officials said

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -
A Mexican citizen deported from the United States five times has been charged with illegally reentering the country once again.
Pedro Millan-Montero, 24, was charged in a one-count indictment by a federal grand jury in Harrisburg Wednesday, according to U.S. Attorney Peter Smith.
Millan-Montero was last deported in May 2009, Smith said. His latest arrest was in York County.
If convicted, Millan-Montero faces a maximum sentence of up to two years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
