Mexican national accused of stealing ID to get A.C. casino job

A Mexican national has been charged with stealing an Arizona man's identity to get a job in an Atlantic City casino, authorities said today.
Atlantic County Prosecutor Theodore Housel identified the man arrested last Friday as Luis Riano Castaneyra, 31, of Galloway Township, who worked as a food server at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa.
Housel said Riano Castaneyra, a citizen of Mexico, stole the identity of a man in Arizona to get his job, open a bank account and obtain a New Jersey driver's license and health benefits. Riano Castaneyra, working under the name Arnoldo Reyes, was charged with identity theft and falsifying or tampering with records, he said.
Madelaine Vitale, a spokeswoman for the prosecutor's office, said the matter came to light when the alleged victim, who was born in Philadelphia, tried to obtain Social Security benefits. The Social Security Administration challenged the application because it had records of a man with Reyes' name and Social Security number working at the Borgata, she said. Riano Castaneyra had worked at the Borgata since June 20, 2007, she said.
Borgata officials turned the matter over to the prosecutor's office.
Authorities notified U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement after his arrest, and Riano Castaneyra was released on a summons pending further legal proceedings, Housel said.
He said Riano Castaneyra and the alleged victim did not know each other.
WHAT THE HE_ _ ..... They let him go

The only way he will show up is if they put an ankle braclet on him, which I doubt since they did not mention it.....what a joke!!

He'll probably cross the River (the Delaware, that is) and set up shop across the border in Bucks County, PA...with a new identification of course. PA and NJ are still sanctuary states for illegal alien as is evidenced by the fact that this idiot judge LET HIM go ....he'll never return for the court date.
