Illegal alien doesn't 'understand you cannot touch a child in a sexual way'

On Wednesday, Canyon County (Ida.) Judge Thomas Ryan sentenced Francisco Perez-Orozco, 51, to 15 years in prison, after a jury found the Mexican national guilty of sexual battery of a child.

KIVI-TV reported:

“Perez-Orozco began having sex with the victim in Texas, where she became pregnant. They moved to California and ultimately ended up in Wilder, where the victim suffered a miscarriage. The case was reported to law enforcement and an investigation was conducted by the Wilder Police Department, the Canyon County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI,” said Canyon County spokesman Joe Decker.
“Perez-Orozco admitted to the FBI that he knew the victim was under the age of eighteen at the time he engaged in sexual intercourse with her,” Decker added.

During his sentencing, Perez-Orozco denied responsibility for the crime. “I just ask to be forgiven…this is all just a misunderstanding,” he said in court.

“The Defendant has demonstrated an utter disregard for the laws of our country,” said Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Erica Kallin. “He doesn’t seem to understand you cannot touch a child in a sexual way. This sentence ensures the community is protected and sends a message to Mr. Perez-Orozco we will protect the children in our community.”

In 2003, Perez-Orozco was also convicted of aggravated sexual assault in Texas, but was never deported.

I wonder who paid all of the medical bills for his little folly.

i got a better idea, put his ass in general population in prison and let the inmates beat his ass to death in the shower. These are the people NCLR, Maldef, SPLC and the current administration are protecting and want to give amnesty too.
