An 18-year-old illegal alien DREAMer who came to the United States as a baby is now facing charges of sexually assaulting two underage girls, according to a Washington Examiner report.
The article details how police in Pasco, Florida arrested Peruvian-born Daniel Enrique Fabian on Nov. 21 after he was heard over a PlayStation microphone sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl at his house. According to immigration records, Fabian was brought to the United States on a 6-month visitor visa in 2001 when he was an infant and stayed, though his visa was never renewed.
“DHS can confirm Daniel Enrique Fabian entered the United States on a B-2 visitor visa in 2001 from Peru. As a reminder a B-2 is only for up to six months. Fabian did not re-apply and remains illegally present in the United States," said the DHS official, who spoke on background Thursday to speak openly about the case.

If that’s not bad enough, Fabian was out on bond at the time of his arrest for allegedly assaulting another 15-year-old girl back in June, according to local news reports.

Police say they arrested Fabian after another player testified that the pair been playing a game of Grand Theft Auto when Fabian began talking about his plans to “smash” a young woman was was at his house. After the game ended, Fabian reportedly left his PlayStation microphone on, through which the other player overheard what sounded like a girl saying “no.”

The young woman later told police Fabian had shoved her down on a bed and raped her. A DNA test later confirmed a sample taken from the young woman matched Fabian.
Fabian is now being held without bail on two felony counts of lewd and lascivious battery with a victim 12 to 15 years of age stemming from both this incident and the previous arrest back in June.

Disgusting. Who brought him here? Who signed his visa? Who applied for it? Who left him here or are they still here? Find them, charge them, deport them. Get this scum bag out of our country along with everyone involved in bringing him here and harboring, aiding and abetting him every day he's been here.

It's just an outrageous unbelievable situation. There are at least 30 million of these people in our country for one simple reason, the federal agencies responsible did not do their jobs and the primary agency responsible for these visa overstays is USCIS.

USCIS is independently funded, it's not funded with a Congressional appropriation. This was done as I recall during the Bush II administration. It collects fees from green cards and immigrants and self-funds itself and as a result Congress has no oversight of how they spend their money or what they do with the money they collect.

We need to add this total sham to the list of things in this huge mess that need immediate correction. All fees need to go into General Revenue and USCIS needs to be as accountable as any other federal agency for what it does, budget requests for appropriations, same oversight as any other agency and a Congressional appropriated budget to pay for it. USCIS is responsible for visa overstays. So they aren't wasting their time chasing violators, instead they're wasting it earning fees for their agency processing green cards and visas.

This all needs to be corrected.

Go after the Employers and JAIL the owners for hiring illegal aliens and visa overstays.

Go after the schools and get them OUT of our schools.

Go after the medical facilities, they ARE a business too, they need to report illegal aliens to ICE. Refuse their care unless life threatening.
