Nope, Judy's Plan B is no aid from or trade with the United States if their citizens don't stop entering our country illegally. It doesn't end visas, it doesn't end trade agreements, it just ends the aid and trade by ending the money payments. When they comply, everything resumes under the trade agreements in effect at the time of the sanctions.

The threats are from the US, our warnings have been issued, the action will be on the part of Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador. We'll see what happens. Didn't cost a dime for the President to make the calls. Won't cost US a thing to stop the payments, actually saves US a lot of money, so we actually make money from the sanctions policy. He didn't include it in his Tweet, but I'm sure he called Mexico as well, that's why they're sending security units to their border with Guatemala.

They all know they're in deep doo-doo now, because this policy falls outside both the Courts and Congress, fully within the power of the President and Executive Branch to execute.

That is the simple fact of the matter, and the very sad reality.

You can't end trade without breaking trade agreements. Furthermore, your plan would cost us greatly because it would encourage more illegal immigration and asylum claimants. It's silly to think illegal aliens and asylum claimants don't cost us.

I'm listening to DemoQuacks all night spewing the same spiel as you. That globalist parity theory has been proved dead wrong.

Yes, you can sanction a misbehaving nation without ending your trade agreement with them, just like we put tariffs on steel and aluminum without ending NAFTA or any other trade agreement. They can't violate our laws and sovereignty and dump their people in here any more than they can dump bad steel in here without a responding sanction. The sanction doesn't end the trade agreement it enforces the mutual respect of each nation's sovereignty that is not only essential to the trade agreement, it supersedes the agreement.

So out of touch with reality. Yes, ending trade would be ending a trade agreement. And that is not something Trump can do at the drop of a hat on his own. We're not talking tariffs here, you're talking about completely shutting down trade. Illegals and asylum seekers come here on their own, their government is not providing them transportation to our border, nor are they encouraging them to depart their country. This is a matter of individual responsibility. Honduras can no more keep their citizens imprisoned in their own country against their will than we could our own. A good example of what I'm talking about is the large amount of American men that illegally entered Canada to escape military service during the Vietnam War.

It's our job to secure our own border. It is not the job of Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, etc. to secure our nation against intruders. It's time folks understand that and rise up against our U.S. Congress and force them to do their job. We've made it too easy to scapegoat everyone else for our own failures.

LOL!! No, it doesn't, but you'd like that wouldn't you? You don't like the new USMCA, you're mad at Trump for not terminating NAFTA day one. You should be thrilled with that prospect. But oddly, you're in your opposite phase. Trump won't end USMCA with Mexico or CAFTA-DR with the Central American countries, he'll end trade activity except for food and energy, until they take whatever measures they need to take to stop this scourge of illegal immigration into the United States.

Illegal immigration will probably end during the notice period, but if it doesn't, it could be 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, 2 years, however long it takes for them to decide what is more valuable and important to their country and citizens. And we'll win. They'll stop it cold in no time at all. Their good citizens and businesses won't stand for it otherwise. As glad as they may be to get rid of the people trying to come here, it won't be worth it to them in the long run.

It's just common sense and the power of the purse.
