It's just a thought, but if this guy was in Vietnam (he is the right age), it might be well for the feds to locate his service record and check it out, to see if he was in a unit that had some unresolved "fraggings" at the time he was there. The UCMJ has no statute of limitations on murder, so the army, if that's the branch he was in, (probably a draftee so that's likely) can still try him, and in theory at least, hang him, if there's enough evidence to convict him. That's somewhat easier to do in a General Court Martial than in a civilian court, also.

We can hope, Gadfly...we can certainly hope so if his disturbing "boastings" turn out to be true.

...he's been reported to the FBI and Homeland Security for his most recent episodes. He's been active for at lest 5 years that I know of, and likely far longer. It would seem that he'd already be on the Feds radar unless they've had their head in the sand. They probably look at him as just one fish in a huge school of zealot revolutionary racists swiming around in our country, unfortunately. They need to start taking these mongrels down the first time they step over the line. The only way we'll know if they did anything is if his postings disappear someday.

Sadly, you're probably right. We won't unless he just stops phoning home,so to speak.

Let's just hope that the authorities see the seriousness in the fact that he works at a hospital....but, you know, that may just work for us in terms of him being picked up quickly in light of those doctors being involved in that terror plot recently. It may make them more inclined to quickly grab another potential threat working in a health care facility.

The only army that POS was in is the Salvation Army.
