The Minute man Project: Illegal Alien Employers – Beware!

    By Frosty Wooldridge

If you think the Minute Man Project kicked Congress and the president with a collective foot up their tail feathers, you will love “Minute Man Project Second Salvo.

After interviewing Jim Gilchrist, head of the Minute Man Project, I can assure Americans another more powerful second go-around that will hit at the heart of the illegal alien migration crisis. Gilchrist, a battle hardened and decorated U.S. Marine during Vietnam will launch the second faze of the Minute Man Project.

“I’m going after the heavy hitters, the CEO’s and corporation heads of companies that hire illegal aliens from Hawaii to Maine, from Michigan to Florida, Gilchrist said. “I’m enlisting the Criminal Investigative Division of the Internal Revenue Service as well as the Bureau of Immigration Customs and Enforcement. Some of the top lawyers in the land will prosecute to the fullest extent of Federal Law.

Gilchrist said, “We know from the Bears and Stearns report that illegal aliens working off the books siphon over $400 billion a year from the IRS in uncollected taxes. American citizens not only lose their jobs to illegals, but they have to make up the difference from so many millions of illegals not paying income tax to the IRS. I’m here to tell you that the IRS doesn’t like tax evaders. Ask Al Capone!

What do you hope to achieve Mr. Gilchrist? “I’m looking for top executives who drive Bentleys and live in 10,000 square foot homes with a Lear Jet in the ‘air garage’ to be taken out of their offices in handcuffs, Gilchrist said. “My lawyers are going to prosecute them, take away their Aspen luxury home and nail them for hard time.

According to Federal and RICO Laws, it is a Federal felony to hire an illegal alien and up to $10,000.00 fine for each illegal and up to five years in prison. Gilchrist said he would take those law breaking employers to court. He will gather all the evidence with his growing army of volunteers in all 50 states.

“They can run and they can hide and they might even pay the fine, Gilchrist said. “But they will not escape jail time with these Federal Lawyers from the Criminal Investigative Division of the Internal Revenue Service.

For anyone who wants to become a member of the Legal Minute Man Project, you may visit: minutemanproject Gilchrist needs people to report companies hiring illegal aliens in cities and states across America. He needs digital pictures for the best evidence so faces can be checked when prosecution time arrives.

    THE MINUTEMAN PROJECT
An alternative to political corruption, dereliction of duty, and blatant disregard for the rule of law.

    SEEKS VOLUNTEERS
The MinuteMan Project seeks volunteers for three separate programs to continue bringing national awareness to the illegal alien invasion crisis imperiling the United States.

Operation Border Watch – California will direct itself toward illegal activity at the California-Mexico border only. It commences on August 1, 2005 for an indefinite time.

Operation Border Watch - Multi-State will direct its efforts at illegal activity at all US border states. It commences on October 1, 2005 for an indefinite time.

The above two operations will provide outpost observation and reporting activities similar to those provided by The Minuteman Project in Arizona this past April.

Concurrently, Operation Spotlight will be directed at the deliberate neglect of immigration and tax law enforcement by America's elected and appointed public officials and other persons and businesses who routinely violate these laws. It will also focus on the one-half TRILLION dollar annual tax evasion that accompanies these illegal activities, which deficit is unfairly passed on to American citizen taxpayers.

Volunteers for this effort will be recruited from the public pool of former investigators and prosecuting attorneys from the Criminal Investigation Divisions of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), The Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), other law enforcement organizations, and from the private legal sector. More information on Operation Spotlight will be available after May 20.

    - Andy Ramirez, founder of Friends of the Border Patrol, is organizing Operation Border Watch - California.

    - James Chase, founder of United States Border Patrol Auxiliary, is organizing Operation Border Watch - Multi-State.

Once again, these events will tune Americans into the shameful fact that 21st century minutemen/women/children have to help secure US borders and encourage the enforcement of U.S. immigration and tax laws because the US government REFUSES to provide the U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) and the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) with the funding required to effectively carry out their functions.

A minimum increase of 500% (five-hundred percent) in funding for both the USBP and the ICE are necessary to provide these agencies with the resources necessary (personnel, equipment, etc.) to adequately enforce and prosecute the laws currently under their respective jurisdictions.

To participate in either of the BORDER WATCH OPERATIONS please contact the recruiters via the web site and email addresses below:

The Minuteman Project welcomes inquiries from any law enforcement or tax authority.

The MMProject maintains a policy of openness to all media who operate within the professional canons of journalism.

Media members, please be forewarned that attempts to "create" hostile news events may result in a complete shut down of media access to The Minuteman Project. For example, during the project recently conducted in Arizona the following two ugly-media incidents occurred:

    1. A reporter from The Arizona Daily Star -Tucson, Az. twice attempted to "spook" members of the MMP who were staffing an outpost on a moonless night, during the height of death threats against the MMP, in an effort to shock them into drawing their hand guns, thus providing the reporter with a story of how the MMP volunteers drew their guns on him. The attempt to shock the MMP volunteers into a serious, perhaps violent, confrontation failed.

    2. Channel 5 KPHO - Phoenix, Az. sent two undercover reporters, who had falsely signed up as bone-fide MMP volunteers, into the MMP camp at Miracle Valley Bible College in Hereford, Az. The reporters, without anyone's knowledge, and with hidden cameras and microphones, spent two days secretly filming volunteers and encouraging them to make derogatory racial comments so that the TV station would have a preconceived, mean-spirited story to present on the television air waves about the MMProject volunteers. That ruse also failed. We insist that we are a multi-ethnic, all-American crew of volunteers, but some unprofessional journalists who use their jobs as a means to carry out personal socio-politico agendas, will not tolerate the truth.

The social and economic issues that The Minuteman Project is addressing is extremely sensitive and it will take only one fabricated, hostile news story to set off some "whacko" to kill or seriously maim innocent Minuteman Project volunteers or illegal aliens. Please self-police your journalism counterparts and do not encourage them to bring hatred and violence against us, or those who oppose us.

"Government must defend us against INVASION by others" - - U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 4.

"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good people to do nothing." -- Edmund Burke (1729-1797)

"In the beginning of a change, the patriot is a brave and scarce man, hated and scorned. When the cause succeeds, however, the timid join him...for then it costs nothing to be a patriot." -- Mark Twain

"We can transform bleak and desolate valleys into sunlit paths of joy, and bring new light into the dark caverns of pessimism." -- Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

"Since our government refuses to enforce our borders with our military and defend the American people from this invasion by another sovereign nation, one must ask one's self, "Who is the greater threat to me and my family - - the forces who invade us, or the government which refuses to protect us?" -- D. K. - Anchorage, Alaska

"While we slept, the United States was stolen." - author unknown

Fellow Americans, the big dogs are waking up all Americans and Jim Gilchrist’s bark will turn into an IRS bite - out of some extremely rich, vulnerable illegal alien employers around America.

The article says that some $400 BN evades the IRS well Tancredo proposed a tax on Western Union and other companie's remittances sent to Latin America and other countries and I thought it to be a great idea. It would not have been fair to people like me because we have sent money to my wife's family in South America and this money we send is TAXED but I would pay a few more dollars if that is what it would take to get the illegals and the employers to pay a share of the under the table money.

Interestingly enough, Tancredo dropped the idea real fast and I wonder if Charlie Foote, the head of Western Union here in Denver, called his REPUBLICAN friends to get Tancredo to drop the idea? Foote made like $36 million last year. Illegal immigration is good to Mr. Foote is it not? Wells Fargo too!

If Tancredo backed off the idea because of pressure from a fat cat businessman, shame on him! Let's hold all of their feet to the fire, no exceptions.

ScareCrow...on most days I would agree with you, but this issue came up a few weeks ago and I'm opposed to taxing the transactions because then you have a REVENUE STREAM for the GOVERNMENTS. Once they are making money on the taxes, they will cling like barnacles to the sides of illegal immigration or any other criminal activity that makes them money for their coffers.

I think Tancredo looked at this OUTCOME and withdrew it for that reason which is a good reason.

We want them deported, not tied in further with "governments" making money together at the expense of American Citizens.

Then they'll get in line for all the money that has been collected and want benefits in return for the payments.

Anyone here illegally, needs to be deported, not taxed.

Judy, I don't follow the logic. If these business people are engaged in a massive criminal activity, i.e. tax evasion, then they must be prosecuted and the penalties are severe. If the case is big enough, and I am sure there are many which are, U.S. attorneys will be lined up to prosecute these people. How could they then conceivably continue in that activity after being prosecuted for it?

Even the IRS has limitations. Although I have heard they go back and tax people on illegal drug profits, but that is usually after the drug dealers have been appropriately prosecuted. Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't see how the scenario could work out as you described. Sounds more like an excuse not to go after these guys.

Scarecrow: The tax evasion is when they earn income in the United States and fail to pay income tax on the earnings. What they "do" with their money has nothing to do with tax evasion. All the immigrants, legal and illegal are sending money back to Mexico. There is no crime in that. They are free to do that. There is nothing wrong with that. Taxing those transactions as proposed on the wire transfers through the money houses like Western Union does nothing to rid society of the illegals and all their baggage, it just NOW creates a revenue stream for the governments, federal, state and local. Then it creates a government reason NOT to stop illegal immigration because it's making the governments at all levels money.

For example, if you tax the bank wires, now there is a line item in all the budgets of the city, county, state and feds...it would be a sales tax on the transaction which they all split and fund their programs. Your town might use it to fund Parks and Recreations. Send the illegals home, we'll have to closing the swimming pool. Send the illegals home, we'll have to close a school. See? YOU DO NOT WANT A TRANSACTION TAX ON THESE BANK WIRES until AFTER the illegals are stopped, deported and those who broke the law prosecuted. Believe me.

The best number we have is $16 to $17 Billion they send a year out of the country. That is peanuts compared to what they are costing us in schools, hospitals, crime, wage deflaton. We want them gone, out, not here, not present, back home in their beloved country of origin.

The state of Maryland is wanting to tax the money and an article was posted about that. It won't stop it, it won't cure the problem, it won't do anything except make the state of Maryland some pocket change to fund some programs. Now, they'll get before the legislature every year and report how much money was paid in these transactions by poor immigrants.

I could PUKE now thinkin' about it.

See? Let me know if you don't, because it's very important that taxation, fines, etc. NOT BECOME OPTIONS in this debate and I want you to understand why I feel that way.

We want them gone, out, back home, out of our job market entirely so it can start to recover and employ Americans again at free market wages and salaries protected by US Labor Law which is now being circumvented entirely by illegal immigration.

Remember, American Workers lost $200 Billion every year in deflated wages and salaries because of immigration, legal and illegal.

Judy, I think we are talking about two different things. If businesses are failing to pay over to the IRS such items as social security and other so-called trust fund taxes, then they are criminally liable. Forget about the individuals, they are criminals by default. I am talking about the criminality of these businesses that are evading their taxes by hiring people and not paying the proper taxes to authorities. After all, how could they be paying these taxes when any social security number they pay the taxes under is false.

The revenue stream back to Mexico is a different matter. Taxing that would do nothing. I thought they wanted to get at the shady business people, who were failing to properly pay over to the IRS those trust fund taxes.

This is a separate issue from the individual taxes that illegals pay. This is what I am concerned about. I may have misunderstood the post that said Tancredo backed off. Is it that he backed off going after the immigrants individually? If so, I completely understand why.

Some days I am slower than others and sometimes I read things too quickly.
