Like other individuals and organizations, the staff of the South Texas Civil Rights Project considered and discussed the looming influx of the Minutemen. We speculated about which factions of the infighting brotherhood of Minutemen will roam the Texas borderland. Among them will there be any who are overtly or covertly racist? How ambitiously will they be armed â€â€

these "property" owners have rights and they should file a lawsuit against the federal and state governments for taking their "private property" for public use --- alien crossings -- without compensation . . .

if an "illegal alien" that is not entitled to sue in the courts of the United States can file a suit and win -- then these property owners have that have a Constitutional right should also
