A Restraining Order Against Me?

I have been served with papers to appear in court next week. North County Health Services is seeking a restraining order against me because I videotaped outside their Mobile Health Clinic.

I’m kind of excited about this. This will be fun. I’ll be very detailed in my reporting of this whole thing to you. I have to read through everything first and discuss it with my Lawyer. Wait until you see what they are claiming!!!

How stupid. Around here to get a restraining order slapped on you - you have to beat someone up. Is California backwards or something? Really, you can get beaten in the street and nothing happens but you video tape somebody working and you get hauled into court. I guess the restraining order is the toughest charge they could go for. I'm sure they tried other charges first but those were all no go's so they went for the lame restraining order. Even funnier, they are going to tell him to stay away from a mobile unit. What if it drives past his house?

Unfortunately, I'm not able to hear the audio on the recording. Not sure why and sound is fine with other things. Anyway, maybe someone could give me a quick summary on the basis for the restraining order?

Skippy is just reporting for Watchdog. WD is actually the one that got served. Here's the link to the videos that resulted in the court summons for a restraining order hearing, which was served on Watchdog.
