The Home Depot management has entered into an agreement with La Raza,(the race) to give preferential treatment to Mexicans in its hiring practices. Clearly, this is in violation of state and federal laws regarding discrimination in employment and should subject all Home Depot managers and officials to the appropriate penalties.


The Home Depot chairman Bob Nardelli gave the typical corporate spin to the matter of hiring based on race or national origin. "We believe that our greatest competitive advantage is our associates and the diversity of thought and cultural background they bring to the workplace," said Bob Nardelli, chairman, president & CEO of The Home Depot. "This partnership will help further The Home Depot's ongoing commitment to create a high-performing, diverse workforce that meets the growing needs of its customers and the communities it serves."


Another Home Depot official chimed in. "What it is, we've seen explosive growth (in) the Hispanic community," Kathryn Gallagher, a Home Depot spokeswoman, said. "We see it as reshaping America, including the face of business." (La Vegas Sun, March 01, 2005)

The LEGAL children of America's 21st century have become the scapegoats and the victims of this invasion of illegal aliens. As Americans, most of us have come from other countries, as many of our grandparents struggled and went through the Legal process to become a Legal American.

What we have in America presently is not Legal Entry into America, we have millions of people entering ILLEGALLY! The Illegal Aliens need to follow the law that our ancestors did, and if they want to become American citizens, let them do it the Legal way.

It is Critical to the future of our country that our borders are protected and illegal aliens are stopped from flooding our Nation.

WE NEED YOUR HELP- For the safety or our children, elderly, businesses & locals.

When residents and businesses call the police and city government with complaints about the 100+ "day laborers"

who assemble at 36th & Thomas Road every morning, we're told

"We'd like to help you, but our hands are tied. Immigration is a federal issue, and we don't enforce immigration laws."

What they police and city government DON'T tell us is that they've tied their own hands with an illegal alien sanctuary law called

OPERATIONS ORDER 1.4.

Ops Order 1.4 tells illegal aliens that laws applied to Americans will be overlooked for them--

drunk driving, rape, robbery and burglary, assault; the list goes on.

This "free pass" also extends to

loitering, urinating in public, obscene shouts and gestures at passers-by, and generally degrading the quality of the neighborhood.

The 36th St. & Thomas Rd. location is known as "The worst day labor site in all of Phoenix."

Yet The city and police continue to turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to complaints from

neighborhood residents, business owners and parents whose children attend the nearby schools.

We want the Mayor and Council to repeal Ops Order 1.4 and stop allowing illegal aliens to violate our laws,

and we'll continue our protests until they do.



As with past Saturdays, we'll be rallying in protest this Saturday, Jan. 14, 2006 8-11 a.m. at 36th St. & Thomas Rd.

Great site! I'm a mother and concerned about my children's future in America largely because of the massive illegal alien invasion. They (MAIA) ask for Home Depot credit cards to be clipped and forwarded; if I had one, I'd shred and send. I'll be checking this link again in the future and thanks for letting us know about it.

Look at how effective MADD has been!

There is no reason to think that MAIA can't be just as successful!
