Give me a break. I wonder why Mr. Rivas didn't talk about the other contributions from this group such as over crowded schools and public health departments. Or the rise in crime and gang activity. And speaking of "used them to build the city" how many Ameircan citizens were out of a job because this group would work cheap? No we're not trying to "dispose" of them, we just want them to leave. As Bugs would say "Don't go away mad...just go away."
