    I'd still vote for it. Yes it has a heavy flaw but can always get to correcting that later rather then have it entirely shot down. Plus it says one can sue but doesn't mean they will win. One could hope leaving it to the judges to deside a better outcome unless one wants to say that politics absolutely controls the Judicial.
