THOMASVILLE, N.C. (WGHP) —
A raid of a Thomasville nightclub Friday night netted charges against 18 people, police said in a release.

Thomasville police raided the Las Estrellas Night Club at 802 Midland Ave. Friday night. Police said it was the culmination of an undercover campaign that lasted several months.

Asheboro Police, North Carolina ALE, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement were also involved in the investigation, police said.

There had been numerous calls to the club for public nuisance violations, including vandalism, drug investigations, shots fired, sales of alcohol to a minor, and fights, police said.

Police said the 18 people were charged with a total of 396 counts.

WO! I see we have some good citizenship material right there.....wonder if those were allllllll charges of "pursuing a job although illegal"? After all they just come to work!
