Convicted Rapist Charged in Another Sexual Assault
Convicted Rapist Charged in Another Sexual Assault
The Washington Post

A man sentenced to life in prison last week for raping a 75-year-old woman in August in her Sterling Park home has been charged with a similar sexual assault that occurred several months earlier, Loudoun County authorities said yesterday.
Arnold J. Mancia-Morales, a 25-year-old illegal immigrant from Honduras with five prior convictions, was sentenced Thursday to life in prison plus 53 years for breaking into a home and raping the resident at knifepoint.
Yesterday, the county sheriff's office said Mancia-Morales will also be charged in an attack on a 51-year-old woman that occurred in April in the Newberry section of Sterling Park. Warrants for rape, breaking and entering, abduction to defile and forcible sodomy were served on him yesterday at the county jail.
Police said circumstances of that incident were similar to those in the August attack, when Mancia-Morales broke through the glass door of the 75-year-old woman's home shortly after midnight, waking her. When she went to investigate the noise, Mancia-Morales attacked.
"This is an atrocious case, and the victim continues to struggle to deal with this," Commonwealth's Attorney James E. Plowman said in a statement. In the four-day jury trial, Mancia-Morales received a life sentence for rape, 30 years for armed burglary, 22 years for abduction and one year for assault. DNA and other medical evidence was used to convict him.
If he is released from prison, Mancia-Morales will be transferred into the custody of federal immigration authorities. His prior offenses included a 2006 felony burglary conviction in Clarke County and four misdemeanor charges in Loudoun County in 2007 and 2008, including two assaults.
"His crimes just kept escalating," Plowman said

And this is who Obama, LaRacist Al Qaeda, LULAC Hezbollah, MALDEF Hamas, ACLU Jihad, Pelosi, Reid, Thompson (Bennie the Clown) and other terrorist organizations and sympathizers encourage, allow and abet in illegally crossing the borders because cheap labor is more important to them than the welfare, well being and security of the American people which they don't give a damn about.....

Rapist sentenced to life in prison

The 25-year-old man who was convicted of breaking into an elderly woman's Sterling Park home and raping her in 2008 has been sentenced to life in prison, plus an additional 53 years behind bars and a fine of $2,500.
Just before his sentencing, Arnold J. Mancia-Morales, an illegal immigrant from Honduras, was given the chance to say a few words in court.
"I don't want to justify in any way what I've done," he said through an interpreter. "They can give me a jail sentence for the rest of my life, they can sentence me to death, but I know that won't alleviate what this lady has suffered. I believe in God. I think he has put me here for a reason, and I'm praying to him that he helps heal the wounds of this lady."
During Mancia-Morales's trial in March, the 76-year-old victim testified about how he had broken into her Ironwood Road home just after midnight Aug. 29, 2008, punched her, cut her fingers and sexually assaulted her.
A jury convicted him of rape, burglary while armed, abduction, and assault and battery. For the rape charge they recommended life in prison, for the burglary 30 years, for abduction 22 years and for assault one year and a $2,500 fine.
On Sept. 25, Circuit Court Judge Thomas Horne passed on all of those sentences, saying he saw no reason to deviate from what the jury had recommended or to suspend any part of the sentence.
During the sentencing hearing, the victim's son also testified.
"Since this happened [my mother] is a completely different person," he said. "She used to always go out walking and with friends. Now she's always locked up in the house, and she doesn't go out after dark. Every time I talk to her she breaks down crying... . When you walk into her house, there is a shroud of this incident. It's everywhere you go. You can't really escape it."

Yeah, and there are groups all across the country trying to get him off because he said he believes in God. Yeah, now.
Where were your beliefs when you were assaulting this woman. You didn't have any beliefs then, did you? All you believed then was that you can come to the US and do any damned thing you want because Janet, Obama, Nancy and Harry think you should be legal and they are doing EVERYTHING in their power to make sure you can suck the system dry, kill and rape anyone you want and we will still give you food stamps, welfare, and a new home.
