Kristy Lea Senter was a victim of domestic violence before she was killed.
But as is often the case, Senter, 27, never sought help. Despite referrals, she never contacted Family Abuse Services of Alamance County before she was stabbed to death the morning of Jan. 27.

That poor child.
The Senter family should get a lawyer and go after the construction company that hired this illegal alien. It's time for this madness to stop.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

02-03-2008, 12:04 PM #3Yancey said Landero-Suarez and Senter had a 2-year-old girl, Olivia, who was living with Senter’s family in Gainesville, Ga., when she was killed. The couple was going through some problems and had decided to send Olivia to Georgia, Yancey said Landero-Suarez told him.
This murderer disappeared briefly after commiting the crime. Once he had everything in order he called the police, confessed to the crime, and safely turned himself in, likely expecting deportation once he confessed to being here illegally. Given the well known fact that Mexican citizens cannot face the death penalty in the US, it isn't beyond the realm of possibility that this guy planned the whole thing out beforehand with the help of his open-borders network of friends and associates.
Hopefully the child is safe with grandparents for the time being at least. Next the battle will no doubt be for custody and/or visitation...I can hear the knocking on the grandparents front door by the Mexican Consular from here...

Landero-Suarez would have probably been deported then.287(g) + e-verify + SSN no match = Attrition through enforcement

Once again, the benefits of 287(g) become obvious.
