BURLINGTON, N.C. (WGHP)—
One suspect was arrested and another is still sought by authorities in connection with a counterfeit identification manufacturing operation in Alamance County.
Deputies and ALE agents executed a search warrant at 1160 Wyatt Road, Lot E2, on Thursday as part of a two-month investigation into a counterfeit identification manufacturing operation, deputies said in a news release.
Delia Sosa Pacheco, 42, who lived at the address, was arrested after the search.
Pacheco was charged with possession of fraudulent identification and manufacturing fraudulent identification. She was jailed under a $5,000 bond.
Authorities are also searching for Alfredo Pacheco-Martinez, 42, of the same address, in connection with the operation.
Warrants were drawn against Pacheco-Martinez for trafficking stolen identities, possession of fraudulent identifications, and manufacturing fraudulent identifications.
During the search, authorities reportedly seized numerous fraudulent resident alien cars and counterfeit social security cards. Authorities also seized computer equipment, printers, and other materials used to manufacture counterfeit identifications.
Deputies said undercover officers purchased several forms of counterfeit identification during the investigation leading up to the search.
The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are expected, deputies said.
An immigration detainer was filed against Pacheco, deputies said.

Ya know? Illegals cross the border illegally into our Country, and if that's not bad enough, identity theives give them bogus citizenship documents. How much longer and what is it going to take until the federal government starts to put their foots down? How many more years are they going to do NOTHING for legal American citizens? What is our Country going to be like in just 5 years from now if this continues? Sure ICE makes arrests like this article, and a handful of politicians are against illegal alien invasions, but it's NO WHERE near enough to make any difference. Allowing "guest worker" visas does not and will not work either. It just gives the card holders opportunity to have females smuggled in and then pop out anchor after anchor once they are here. Our border is a complete JOKE! It only takes about a foot of an opening for aliens to get through. Overall, in the meantime legal American tax paying citizens are at the mercy of our federal government's refusal to enforce illegal immigration. I don't understand why we have to continue to be victims of the ABUSE. Is there nothing we citizens can do except for being helpless in this whole thing? Since the majority of Americans want enforcement, why is it that we have NO power whatsoever? Why does "power in numbers" not apply to this? Do we need mass petitions presented to the White House or something? Personally I'm tired of being the victim and being the shy away punished child.<div>"Diversified"*does NOT*mean invading*our Country and forcing their culture and language,**stealing jobs,*using fake ID',s, living on government benefits, and flying their flag over ours! </div>
