Man Sent to Prison after Illegally Reentering the U.S. after Deportation
Lincoln, Neb.
31-year-old Carlos Ramirez-Segura, a citizen of Mexico, was sentenced for illegally reentering the United States after deportation.

Ramirez-Segura was currently residing in Lincoln.
The Honorable Laurie A. Smith Camp sentenced Ramirez-Segura to 46 months in federal prison. The court also imposed a three-year-term of supervised release.
Ramirez-Segura was previously deported from the United States as an aggravated felon. He was previously convicted of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Third Degree Sexual Assault of a Minor. After illegally reentering the United States, Ramirez-Segura was arrested on April 10, 2009, in Lincoln, Nebraska, after a domestic
