She is one of those who could care less about the costs of amnesty to American taxpayers. She said as much in one of the House immigration hearings. Americans who vote for such idiots need to have their heads examined.

She keeps getting re-elected because, like others of her ilk, she comes from an area where the voters can't walk and chew gum at the same time. She sweet talks them and fills them full of what they like to hear and also shuffles a little money into the district.

Ever since moving to Texas, this woman is one of the biggest grandstanding politicians I've ever seen and have always voted against. If there's a camera around and a way to stoke her ego, she's there. Let something happen around the Houston area (illegals arrested, alleged racism, etc., etc...), She is all over the T.V. touting her stance, and when it blows up in her face she's been called back to Washington for "important business". The reason she's doing so little and not speaking out against this bill is that her own district is changing and she doesn't want to upset her "new" constituants.
