Mexico senate urges Arizona gov. to veto law

Mexico senate urges Arizona gov. to veto law

    2010-04-23 10:57 AM

Mexico's Senate has unanimously passed a resolution urging Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer to veto a tough immigration law approved this week, saying it would lead to the persecution and harassment of her state's Hispanics.
The senate also asked the Mexican government to express its concern to the United States and for the Foreign Relations Department to reinforce the protection of Mexicans living in the U.S.

The department on Wednesday said it views the law with great concern and that it could affect cross-border relations.

Brewer has until Saturday to approve or strike down the law that would require police question people about their immigration status if they have reason to suspect they are in the country illegally.

This only PROVES that the Mexican government is behind this lawless invasion.
You cannot dedicate yourself to America unless you become in every
respect and with every purpose of your will thoroughly Americans. You
cannot become thoroughly Americans if you think of yourselves in groups. President Woodrow Wilson

Until Mexico is competent enough to deal with their drug cartels and corrupt politicians, they should mind their own business and quit trying to tell us what to do.

TakingBackSoCal, yes they are because it means billions in revenue and remittances and drugs are the 2nd/3rd largest revenue generators for Mexico, only behind oil.
