We need to keep an eye on Newt. He is contemplating making a run for President and behind the scenes he is trying to cover all his bases. He's been at this ploy for a while now, and 2010 is his goal.

Newts are also used in a witches brew. As in "Eye of the newt, toe of a frog" etc.

Let's examine what entails a "path to legality".

1. Does this mean citizenship? According to Newt, no. So, how does one legally stay in the country with no intent or desire to become a citizen? They would seemingly have to be here on a work visa.

2. Keep in mind that the only reason that the companies that hire illegals are doing this is to avoid paying an American wage and avoid paying taxes and benefits.

3. How do we determine who should be on a path to legality? Newt mentioned that illegals that have been here for "years" would be included provided they have a clean record. So Newt, how do you find if someone has a clean record if there is no record of their presence to begin with? Would a criminal, say a rapist, who has eluded detection for years, somehow be included in your group deserving of legal status? Nice try, but no cigar.

Newt, get a frickin' clue. You are a politician of the worst kind that will do anything for a vote, no matter the consequences to the country, the rule of law and the constitution. You idiot fools in D.C. have gotten yourselves in quite a pickle now haven't you?! Kind of a Catch 22, huh? This is the world you've created by condoning and abetting criminality for all these years in an attempt to woo future voters. Now, you're stuck in your own legal and moral quagmire with no way out. All I can say is...suck on it!
