    I'd say this article constitutes a first. A first in that it seems on its face to be a rather matter of fact statement of some recent historical facts regarding immigration law enforcement in this country presented by a group whose name suggests advocacy for immigrants. No histronics, no sob stories that put a "human face" on the issue. Now, when's the sucker punch going to be thrown?

    Better late than never glad to see some action and that action should have better publication in english and spanish.. The more who know this the FEWER
