It is no secret that the United States has a serious vulnerability on its southern border. A recent report by Christopher Livesay on Public Radio International further exposes some risks, both from Islamic terrorists as well as from political operatives domestically.

There should be a national public outcry for a return to real enforcement and sanity regarding what is a presently the non-existent faux border between Mexico and the United States.

While the socialist Democrats who are intent on disarming us have made it a certainty that terrorist attacks will one day be a familiar and regular occurrence within the United States, patriotic Americans haven’t given up the fight. One of those patriots is Border Patrol agent Art Del Cueto, who is interviewed in the audio below.

Del Cueto exposes once again that in many places along the border there is no real fence and there is no security. In the audio he warns the reporter, “You need to keep your voice down in this area because it’s an area that’s very notorious for drug smuggling, it’s very notorious for people smuggling.”

The reporter says, “It’s also an area that’s vulnerable to Islamic terrorists, he says. Earlier this month, rumors of ISIS militants at the border began popping up in Internet chat rooms. That’s put Border Patrol agents on high alert, says Del Cueto. The porous border fence is their biggest concern.”

Cueto says as he lifts a single strand of wire, “I mean it’s, pull this up, I am literally half of me is in Mexico right now, now I’m back in the United States. That’s how easy it is.”

Asked if he expects that ISIS or any other terrorist group is working to get past the border, the eleven year veteran responds, saying, “You have to. With the intel that we’ve received and the training we’ve received, you have to be expecting it. You have to have that extra level of alertness.”

Livesay asks Cueto if there is any hard evidence to support his claims, to which Cueto replies, “The intel that we have is hard evidence. It’s very hard evidence. It’s pictures. It’s debriefings of individuals.” But the classified nature of the evidence prevents him from sharing it with the public.

Socialist Democrat Congressman Beto O’Rourke has a different perspective on things, saying, “I guess you could call it fear-mongering.” Of course that is the label he would use. His party is creating the problem. His party is allowing terrorists into the country. He’s not going to admit to what they are doing. His only option is to downplay the threat. They will only admit to what they have done when it is no longer possible to deny it. We have not yet reached that point.

O’Rourke said, “We had before us … the secretary for Homeland Security, Jeh Johnson, the director for the National Counterterrorism Center, and the director of the FBI, and all of them were asked what kind of threat ISIS poses on the southern border. And each one of them said … there’s no organized terrorist operation that’s on the southern border threatening the United States.”

The socialist Democrats behind the threat choose their words very carefully. Citing no organized operation that is threatening is not the same as saying there are not terrorists crossing the border. It’s creating wiggle room, the ability to later say they weren’t organized or they didn’t pose a threat at the time. It is a deception tactic and the socialist Democrats are masters of deception.

DHS Director Jeh Johnson was caught lying during that hearing O’Rourke references, denying knowledge of the apprehension of four terrorists who had crossed into Texas on American soil on September tenth to Congressman Jason Chaffetz of Utah. When Chaffetz informed Johnson that he was aware of the apprehension, Johnson’s amnesia vanished.

John Guandolo, the founder of understandingthethreat.com speaks to a similar point in the audio.

Guandolo is a former FBI agent who has previously revealed that CIA Director John Brennan is a convert to Islam. He says in the audio, “The Muslim advisors to the Department of Homeland Security, all of them at the senior levels, we identified as members of the Muslim Brotherhood.” He adds, “Leaders in DHS are working with known Hamas and Muslim Brotherhood people, which is actually what’s going on; not speculation, per evidence.”

Livesay continues, saying of Guandolo, “He accuses Attorney General Eric Holder of complicity in an alleged jihadist plot to take over America. Meanwhile, Islamic terrorists are entering the US freely through the Mexican border, he claims. A little more than a week ago, he repeated those assertions at a meeting of 300 law enforcement officers in Arizona.”

Gondolo says, “Yes, there were people from Border Patrol. Every one of them that was here said that they did not know this information, they thought it was critical that they did know it, and it is going to definitely affect how they do business.”

Congressman O’Rourke claims no terrorists are coming across the unsecured border. Maybe he thinks they are just too lazy to come all the way over here to our desert, leaving the comfort of their own, more familiar desert. He’s either a fool, a complicit role player in the invasion, or just doesn’t care; maybe it’s a combination of all three.

O’Rourke spreads a little more of the official socialist open-borders propaganda, saying, “I think there is a grave security concern here if we are focused on the wrong threat,” claiming a threat doesn’t exist now. He says, “It doesn’t mean there couldn’t in some time in the future be such a threat, it doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be vigilant against the possibility, but today, to the best of our knowledge, there is no threat, nor has here ever been.”

These are the words of a useful idiot, a simpleton or traitor placed into a position of authority and power which he is not carrying out in the national interest.

The reporter diverts the issue to the cartels engaged in human smuggling and drug smuggling while dismissing the terrorist threat. How can he in the same sentence acknowledge that human smuggling is a serious problem and deny the more serious possibility
that some of those humans being smuggled are terrorists?

Del Cueto offers a common sense, realistic approach to the problem, saying, “I have three doors in my house. I lock all three doors the same when I go to bed.

The reporter labels being alert for terrorist invaders as “wasting time and energy chasing after ISIS phantoms.” They are unfortunately not just phantoms. They have stated the desire, the financial ability, the opportunity created by an open border, and the motive of their hatred for us and their mission to take over the world for radical Islam. They are much more than phantoms.

Del Cueto closes saying, “It doesn’t matter if they’re terrorists or not terrorists, if they’re related to ISIS or not,” he says. “If you’re coming into this country illegally, if you’re coming into this country without being detected and you’re going out of your way not to be detected, then you’re a terrorist to this country and you need to be taken care of.”

It’s unfortunate that those in the top leadership positions above him don’t share his same commitment to protecting the American people as well as his determination.
