Zeituni's case has already been adjudicated she was told she had to leave because she could not prove any danger. She chose to regard the order and instead draw a taxpayer subsidized apartment and stipend.

I actually know Kenyan Americans and from what they are telling me neither side is out to get the Obama family. Granting Asylum is supposed to be offered to a limited number of people based on immediate physical danger. It is not supposed to be based on the family political connection of applicant. Aunt Zeituni's biggest threat in Kenya right now is overdosing on cholesterol from eating too many reception hors d'ouvres. Grant her asylum she is in danger of cheese dip and scallops wrapped in bacon.
