    Typical, only the minority communities get those kind of specialized units.

    Here, I have never once seen COPE outside the minority areas .... its almost as if relations with average everyday people is not important.

    As New Jersey pays ut more in public benefits for illegals than it receives from them in taxes it should have a State Immigration Police force.
