OK: Immigration bill lawsuit dismissed

TULSA — A lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of an immigration reform law set to go into effect Nov. 1 was thrown out of a Tulsa federal court today.
The lawsuit, which was filed by The National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders Oct. 15, was dismissed by District Judge James H. Payne, who cited a lack of a plaintiff "that has actually been injured by the challenged law,â€
