OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - A man from Mexico who tried to get an advance loan on a paycheck in Omaha has been sentenced to four months in prison for document fraud.

U.S. Attorney Deborah R. Gilg says 32-year-old Jose de Jesus Garcia-Castro, of Matamoros, Mexico, used fake documents claiming he was someone else to get a job.

He was arrested at a Paycheck Advance store Omaha when a store clerk noticed he had identification documents in multiple names.

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agent was called and determined that Garcia was a citizen of Mexico and had no permission to be in the United States. The documents in his possession with the name Eric Torres were false.
