The migratory flows that pass through Baja California do not stop and proof of this is the arrival of one hundred Russian citizens staying in Tijuana waiting to appear before the government of the United States to get a humanitarian visa.
The foregoing was made known by the president of the State Council of Migrant Assistance, Rodolfo Olimpo Hernández Bojórquez, who also pointed out the concern of the arrival of a new migrant caravan that would bring about 1,500 Central Americans to this border.
"Surely they will be arriving at the northern border of Baja California in a week or two maximum and remember that there are 3 thousand 800 additional people who are being documented by the Mexican immigration authorities for their free and legal transit through the country."
Hernández Bojorquez acknowledged that the issue causes concern when the funds for migrant assistance that must come from the Federal Government have not been defined.
For their part, Russian migrants wait in Baja California territory to be served by the United States migration authority.
