A Honduran native who has been living in the U.S. without legal permission was jailed Wednesday on charges he had sex with a 12-year-old girl numerous times inside his car in her school parking lot.

Jorge Luis Ramirez, 33, of Willow Grove, face charges of aggravated indecent assault of a child, indecent assault of a child, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor.

He was arraigned at 4:45 p.m. by District Judge Michael Gallagher and sent to Bucks County prison in lieu of 10 percent of $1 million bail.

Court documents show Ramirez, who said he has a Honduran passport but admitted to Gallagher he is here without legal permission, met the girl at Redemption Episcopal Church in Upper Southampton last month. Ramirez allegedly gave the girl a cellphone so they could communicate.

The two met about 15 times in the parking lot of Robert K. Shafer Middle School in Bensalem and performed sexual acts in the backseat of Ramirez's car, according to court records.

The girl's father found the girl's phone and asked her where she got it, and the girl told him Ramirez had given it to her and they had a sexual relationship, records show. Police interviewed the girl Tuesday and she reportedly reiterated what she told her father.

Detective Larry Leith said police had contacted Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and ICE officials would lodge a detainer against Ramirez at Bucks County prison.

Ramirez's preliminary hearing is scheduled for next month.

If convicted of the charges, Ramirez could go to jail for more than 50 years.

Oh yeah, a church, what a great place for illegal aliens to mine for child victims. No wonder they use churches for "sanctuary".

So again, FBI, DOJ, US Attorneys, DEA, ATF and DHS .... where in the hell are you? Any church "welcoming" illegal aliens is aiding, abetting, harboring and protecting illegal aliens. Freedom of religion is not freedom for treason.

Now you start enforcing US immigration law and you slam the gawd damn hammer down on ANYONE and EVERYONE doing anything at all with illegal aliens that even has a "whiff" of aiding, abetting, harboring and protecting illegal aliens in the United States. We want this scum out of our country and we want them out now.

These central americans are inbred and dangerous. No respect for females, no sense of decency. They should not be in this country - this is what obama, gw and all politicians that funded this outrageous penetration of our nation by scumbags did.
This didn't happen by chance either.

That area outside of Philadelphia is a nice suburb and thru these "churches", "orgs" and all the $$$$ monies they receive from fed gov't (taxpayers), they should not be bringing any of this into our lives. We are not central america and do not want to be.

This is probably an area where obama plans to have the taxpayers pay twice as much in rent for mandated section 8 housing for all his refugees, illegal women with children then there boyfriends sneak in too. obama is an enormous screw up. Hope Trump can reverse that edict.

I do not want to pay for him to go to jail for 50 years. Haul his carcass out of our Country!

Stop funding these Churches...no more human trafficking!
