Thread: The Only Way To Get Rid Of Illegals

From your average republican congressman, (MODERATOR EDIT SEE THE RULES FINAL WARNING) All they have to do is talk about closing the border, hiring more border patrol, and the aforementioned crowd engages in a massive self pleasing orgy. I guess that is all it takes for these buffoons to think that their congressman or whoever else, is actually doing something about illegal immigration.

If you really want something done about illegals, here's something that would actually work. Call whoever it is that you want, and tell them you want them to sponsor a bill that would outright elimninate every incentive for illegals to come here. That bill in order to be effective must contain the following authorization:

Any company or person who hires illegals for any labor, will be subject to either a fine or a period of 5 years in prison.

Any fine given shall amount to 25% of that company or person's annual gross income.

There will be a zero tolerance policy and every company or person that violates this new law, will not be given any exceptions.

After 3 violations, that company or person will no longer be able to conduct busniess.

There, that is all you need to do. However, I wonder why no congressman or any other politician has not thought about this? Well, I know why; they want to be appear to be anti-illegal, but they dont really want do anything about it because it might hurt big business.

As long as no one will hire these people, they will have no reason to come here. Going to border will not do anything.

This is something that has to be done State by State, with the people signing petitions to get it on the ballot.

Like Arizona's Prop 200.

You can call and write till you are blue in the face and all you get back are form letters, and you never get to talk to anyone but the aides.

The proceeds of the fine shall be used to reimburse the said agency for all costs incurred during the apprehesion and prosecution of the illegal alien. The remainder of said monies shall be used for the purchase of new equiptment and for maintenance on the border fence.

Keep the money out of the politicians hands!

BTW....there is already a federal law on the books for fines and imprisonment up to 5 years for every alien assisted "aided and abetted" which would include employment. NO one is enforcing it. That's our biggest problem....they're all crooks or beanheads!!

So all we need to work on is the 25% of gross annual earnings and make them enforce the other existing law!!

THAT would get their attention!
