This, of course, is where this idea falls on its face. There is no way Congress is going fine its campaign contribitors for breaking the law.

Of course, and every single politician out there that keeps running his mouth about how much he's against illegals, is just playing the game and playing all of you.

As far as illegals go, you can put mines on the border, guards who will shoot on sight, rabid dogs etc....nothing will deter them from coming over here. However, if there are no jobs here for them, then the trek coming here is definitely not worth it. With no incentive for them, they have no reason to come here.
